(A) Dry Servicing of Air-conditioners installed in Non residential buildings, V.C's & Registrar's bungalow, Guest House, International Guest House Servicing of Air-conditioner(once in four months) including cleaning of condenser and evaporation coil, cleaning of Air filter and grills and checking as required

i)1.0 to 1.5 ton capacity window Air-conditioning unit.

ii)0.70 to 1.0 ton split A.C unit.

iii)1.5 ton split Air conditioning unit.

iv)2.0 ton split Air conditioning unit.

v) 3.0 ton split Air conditioning unit( double compressor).

vi)4.5 ton split tower Air-conditioning unit.

vii) 4.0 ton split cassette Air-conditioning unit.

viii)5.5 ton split Air conditioning unit.

(B) Wet Servicing of Air conditioners installed in non residential building, V.C's & Registar's Bungalow, guest House, International Guest House Wet Servicing of Air conditioner including cleaning of condensor and evaporation coil, cleaning of AIR filter and grills and checking as required

i)1.0 to 1.5 ton capacity window Air-conditioning unit.

ii)0.70 to 1.0 ton split A.C unit.

iii)1.5 ton split Air conditioning unit.

iv)2.0 ton split Air conditioning unit.

v) 3.0 ton split Air conditioning unit( double compressor).

vi)4.5 ton split tower Air-conditioning unit.

vii) 4.0 ton split cassette Air-conditioning unit.

viii)5.5 ton split Air conditioning unit.

Supplying and fixing of suitable running capacitor of split Air- Conditioner suitable for upto two ton capacity Air- conditioning unit

Supplying and fixing of suitable capacitor for blower fan for Air- Conditioning unit upto two ton capacity

Supplying and fixing of suitable motor of condensing fan of split or window Air-conditioner upto two ton capacity

Repairing of of PCB of window/split Air-conditioner upto two ton capacity including dismantling the PCB repairing in workshop and refixing testing and commissioning complete as required

Supplying and fixing of new PCB of window/split Air-conditioner upto two ton capacity,testing,commisioning complete as required

Repairing of PCB of 4.5 ton tower/cassette Air-conditioner including dismantling the PCB Unit repairing in workshop and refixing testing and commissioning complete as required

Rectifying the leakage in compressor unit and reprocessing of gas for split Air-conditioner or window Air-conditioner of following capacity

a)1.0 ton capacity

a)1.5 ton capacity

a)2.0 ton capacity

Repair of condensing motor of tower or cassette A.C of 4.0 ton to 4.5 ton capacity

Rectifying the leakage in compressor unit and reprocessing of gas for tower or cassette Air- conditioner of 4.0 ton to 4.5 ton

Supply and fixing of new copper condenser coil (outer unit) of split A.C upto two ton capacity and reprocessing of gas as required

Supply and fixing of new condensing fan blade of split/window A.C upto 2.0 ton capacity

Supply and fixing of new compressor unit and reprocessing of gas for the following

a)1.0 ton capacity

a)1.5 ton capacity

a)2.0 ton capacity

Supply and fixing of inner condensing unit and reprocessing of gas as required for split A.C of capacity 1.0 ton upto 2.0 ton
