Bidders shall insert their Lumpsum amount in Green coloured field under Column - 6 only Contractor shall insert their rates for Schedule "A" Part –IIA Schedule "A" Part – XV, Schedule "A" Part –XVI and Schedule "A" Part –XVII under Green coloured field under Column - 6 only

SCHEDULE

Site clearence by clearing all grass vegetation, sapling, shurbs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees not exc 30cm girth(measured 1m above ground level) and removing rubbish material from work site all as directed.

Supply only earth agriculture (as approved by GE) from sources out side defence land including cost of royality if any, transpotation, taxes etc and filling with soil including raising earth, spreading in layers not exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc not exc 1.50 mtrs high from base. NOTE: (a) Earth required from the item shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land at his own arrengement. (b) All cost of procurement or earth including cost of transportation, royalties, taxes etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (c) The earth supplied shall be used for filling. Finished embankment/ travers of filled earth consolidated/ compacted shall be considered for measurement purpose and volume shall be calculated based on these measurements. Also a 5% (five percent) deduction from calculated volume shall be made in terms of clause 3.6 of MES Sch Part-II to allow for increase in bulk.

Removing of existing debris from site to the outside defence land for site clearence or spreading on low laynig area including transpotation, taxes etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The contractor will obtain permission from relavent authority for dumping of debris.

Surface excavation not exceeding 45 cm deep and averaging 30 cm and getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm th, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using (40mm graded aggregate) 150 mm thick with floor even and rough all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & Lfor sand filling under floor or foundation for watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L providing coloured dense 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade ,laid with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Providing precast concrete kerb stone Type A1 (1:1.5:3) and set in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on top of brick edging and like including necessary form work complete

M&L applying three coats of white wash on new plastered wall surface including prepartion of suface complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete with necessary form work complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil depth; for foundation, etc. or for fts,wells,cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out

Supply only approved silver sand from outside defence land including cost of roalty if any transpiration taxes etc and filling with soil including raising earth spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick watering, requring 8 to 10 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc not exc 1.5 mtr high from base all as directed.

M&L for fly ash Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in ‘cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel, and drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specifiedand as directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete Design Mix-25 as in cover slab set in CM 1 :6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 8 mm dia and over CRS TMT bar cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) n less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips quality Conf to, complete all as specified and as directed.
