Dismantling of boarding in wall/ceiling, any description, fixed in any position with nails or screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Taking down carefully old FTL fitting recessed mounted light fittings/ceiling complete with all accessories and making necessary electric connection, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for 9mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws/nails to timber frame work in wall/ceiling portion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 6mm thick veneered decorative plywood grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneered one side fixed with nails to timber frame on wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

S&F of coloured PVC designer modular wall cladding 5 to 6 mm thick with air gap, installed with necessary fixing GI channel or frame with end joints on edges ( designed colour patterns as per directed by Engr - in- charge). Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction in two layers, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound at the rate of 3% of the cement content shall be used and rate quoted shall be inclusive of this aspect.

M&L for preparing new surfaces including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation new surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls including cornices, pilasters etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for SDC Laminated flooring 8mm thick of any coloured, manufactured by Direct Pressure Laminated (DPL) wherein the empty Abrasive aluminium oxide overlay alongwith metamine impregnated decorated film is directly fused with the back with flooring locking profile in designed with double click locking system on the length and single locking width alongwith desire locking strength laid over 1mm thick foam base, complete including removal of existing flooring, all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
