Taking out the filter from AHU up to 1000 CFM to 13000 CFM cleanning coil with suitable chemical and jet of water pressure with pump and remove all the scale and foreign material deposited in side the coil followed with air pressure to sweep up all the particles and ensure thorough flow of air over the cooling coil complete all as specified and directed for any capacity of AHU and refixing the air filter after cleaning.

M&L for repairing/ servicing AHU Fan Motor of following capacity, opening the motor, cutting & removing old and burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with new super enameled copper winding of size & discription to match with existing including insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of both driven end & non driven end bearings and base plate, reassembling, refixing in same position & connecting including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed:-

Supply, installation testing, commissioning of outdoor type all weather Air Handling Unit 4400 CFM & 35mm static installed on anti vibration pads and supports as per OEM recommendation with inbuilt dampers (For Supply, Return, Fresh Air and Exhust Ducts) with following equipments and its specifications- MAKE : ZECO/ CITIZEN/ LOYDDS AHU CAPACITY – Air Handling Unit should be capable to deliver 6800 CFM at 35mm Static Pressure. CASING – The housing / casing of Air Handling unit shall be of double skin construction. Casing frame work shall be of extruded aluminum section with thermal break barrier aluminum profiles. Thermal Break Double skin panel shall be made of outer skin 0.8mm pre coated GI sheet and inner skin 0.6mm plain stainless steel sheet, insulation in both skin should be 45mm thick CFC free puff injected insulation of 40KG/ cubic meter density.
