Taking down shealves from inside of cupboards after taking down of cupbard shutters of any description and of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1 : 4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly/old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint & smooth surface over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made inbuilt cabinet box type 500 mm (inner depth) made with 18 mm thick WPC board in sides, top, bottom,shelves and back shall be made of 12 mm thick WPC Board, edges finished with 0.8 mm thick PVC tape and shutter shall be of 18 mm thick WPC Board duly laminated with 0.8mm thick laminated of white colour on inner side, and all exposed surface of cabinate shall be laminated with 0.1 mm thick laminate of any colour as approved by GE on front, edges of shutter finished with 2mm thick PVC edge band tape of required No of site, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of board : green / JKD or Equivalent. The unit includes hardwares like soft close auto hinge,L Tower Bolt, 150mm / 200 mm handle & lock of make :Hettich/Hafele / Godrej or equivalent as per requirement . Note : Only the front surface of the cabinet shutter shall be measured for payment purpose in this item. Rates of all materials, fittings and fixtures are included in this item.
