Brick work using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples IN REPLACEMENT all as specified.

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or steel wire staples, IN REPLACEMENT, upto 6 metre height as in covering of brick opening in wall from outside or inside as per requirement including all neccessary scaffolding complete all as specified.

2nd class hard wood plain fillets exc. 3 Sq.cm and n. exc 16 Sq.cm square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified.

Removing of vegetation including roots of unapproachable roof from all joints corner and edges of roof slab and parapet & including filling joints with cement mortar 1:3 complete.

40 mm thick brick tiles are bedded over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4), and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on existing surfaces complete all as specified.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, laid to slope as directed by Engineer in Charge over RCC roofs as padding, complete all as specified.

Making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using water proofing compound) along side walls adjoining to roofs, in CONCAVE SHAPE, complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified. NOTE: Supply only WPC will be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

(Date, month & year)“ format with white painting complete including removing of all previous writing all as specified of following capacity:-

Vitreous China wash basin size (195x165x710 mm), coloured, with pedestal (195x165x710 mm) with CP waste coupling half or full threaded suitable for & including 32 mm size PVC solid waste pipe, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. MAKE: Kerovit cat part No.KENRICK - KS201 or equivalent make mentioned in Appndix 'B

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Demolition brickwork masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

Dismantlig brick tiles in roof laid dry and pointed in cement mortar all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified

Note : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch of credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
