Hiring of all required safety equipment like safety belts, helmets, ropes, ladders, MS hand operator scrapper etc. as required at site for safety of man power during execution of work as the work is to be carried out approx 6 mtr. Deep tank i.e. bottom of Propeller fans.

Disconnection of all the electric connection of motors from panel of aerators for safety point of view to avoid any miss happening with the workers at the time of cleaning of Propeller Fans

Making temporary platform to cleaning the aerators surface and execute the work for safer side of workers with the help of above safety items and other required arrangements as per site as the work is to be carried out approx 6 mtr. Deep tank i.e. bottom of Propeller fans.

Cleaning the surface aerators with the required man power and equipments. The job i/c replacement the damaged / rusted hardware items such as nut bolts, washers, strips etc. as per existing in the bottom and top side of propeller unit with the help of required tools and tackles etc. re- assembling and Inspection the complete aerator with minor repairing as required.

Checking the aerator on the aeration tank. The job also includes making the propeller alignment with the existing motor & gear box of each aerator as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Testing of each aerator / gear box connection mechanically and electrically after complete the job in all respect.
