REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE LAGGING IN OTM AND MD ACCN AND OTHER MISC WORK AT AF STN AWANTIPUR

M&L for Lagging of exposed pipe by providing all around of pipe 50 mm thick bonded glass wool performed SNAPON pipe section of density 144 Kg/ M3 conforming to IS-9842, covered completely by chicken mesh net 25 gauge 20 mm mesh and reinforced with 1 mm galvanised wire applied spirally @ 15 cm centre to centre and providing 5 mm thick smooth evenly, and cover with 0.01 mm aluminium foil required strength to suit exposed weather condition under sub zero temperature for 15 mm dia pipe. Plaster layers of composition consisting of 85% magnesia asbestos and plaster of Paris mortar 1:6 of required strength to suit exposed weather condition under sub zero temperature for 15 mm dia pipe.

(b) All as per srl item No. 01 above, but size 25 mm dia

(c) All as per Srl item No. 01 above, but size 40 mm dia

(d) All as per Srl item No. 01 above, but size 50 mm dia

Taking down old existing unserviceable weather insulation from 15 mm to 50 mm dia pipe including cleaning the surface of pipes and removing from site and disposing at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing medium grade with all fittings but fixed to wall up to height of 12 mtr and ceiling or laid under floors of following sizes (a) 15 mm dia bore

(b) 20 mm dia bore

(c) 25 mm dia bore

(d) 40 mm dia bore
