Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or R.C.C.) any section,including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantled of brick work built in CM including all quoins,pillars etc but excl ashlar facing,dressed work and precast concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation, etc, for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in foundation, incl raft, footings foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in columns etc using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.50m span using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of cols, raft and raft beams, side and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar works rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers & columns rough finished surfaces of concrete for sqaures or rectangular and similar rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of Plinth,Lintel & Roof beams rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel reinforcement TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No.13 above but size 6mm dia to 8 mm dia.

S&F of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish

M&L for brick work with sub class except "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 but excepts bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers,under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool,applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre,top layer 15mm cement plaster using white cement in the top layer of the item of washed Marbal stone chipping grit plaster 1:1/2:2(1 White Cement:1/2 coarse sand:2 Marbal stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including pigment(colour) to be added as per approved by Engr-in-Chrage in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing,the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Chrage (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M & L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens,nailed to the under layer including removalof wooden battens,repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Chrage.

M & L for framed work such as gate(any size), grills,gratings,etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters,walk ways,railing,framework of water tank,Y-shape angle iron and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Z- Black or approved shed Granite ( of any type ) work (table rounded and polished) in steps, coloumn,jambs, brick pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Concirtina coil with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 mtr openable length having 50 Nos rounds per 6 mtr length, spring core wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick and weight 43.478 gm/metre and fixing the same with Y- shape angle iron with 06 horizontal R.B.T (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with GI staple and GI clips to retain horizontal complete all as specified and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
