M&L for removal of old existing unsv back leg of chair in any position, S&F new back leg made out of 1st class hard wood (teak) with nails of appropriate size. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F new hard PVC/rubber shoe/ring of superior quality fixing with suitable screws to the bottom of leg. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removal of old existing unsv seat with 75 mm thick cushion duly stiched wirh best quality leatherite cover after fixing of 12mm thick plywood on the base of seat. Rest all as shown on drawing.(Make of cushion shall be Sleepwell/Kurl-on-Goldline)

M&L of polishing of Chair Dining Offrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge/GE.

Note for all items : 1. Removal of following existing unserviceable steel components of various MES pattern furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, glueing, providing hinges placing everypart in-tact condition as per drgs. 2. Cleaning Derusting of Stain/Dirt with Sand Paper making the Surface smooth,filling the holes with Putty wherever required and Applying two coat of Synthetic enamelled paint(Colour of paint as per approved by Engr-In-Charge/GE) over a Red Oxide Primer for steel items direected by Engineer-in-Charge/GE 3. Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Sevoke Road including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE.

CHARPOY IP FOLDING WITH M/N FD-388 (R)

Conversion of Newar to Plytop from Charpoy GI and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR Grade commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed after Fixing of 2 x ISI Specified MS Iron Strip of 4 mm thickness x 50mm width duly welded at equal distance across the long rail for fixing of plywood . (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply/National plywood/Archid ply).

M&L for two coat of paint by means of spray painting machine with synthetic enamelled paint of appropriate shade as dedcided by Engr-In-Charge/GE and quality to Charpoy IP folding including removing of dents & filling with putty after preparation of surfaces thoroughly by using appropriate abrasive cloth emery 1 grinder machine as required as trade practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for refixing of loose shelves with mild steel revitting /spot welding complete all as directed.

S & F new hard PVC/rubber shoe/ring of superior quality fixing with suitable screws to the bottom of leg. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Welding to broken joints/fixing nut bolts of Double Bunk Charpoy as per directed.

S&F in replacement of hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg all as shown.on drg.

Removing old existing unsv jali frame of chair and S & F new jali frame as per shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of leg of 20 Sq mm MS tube having wall thickness of 1.6mm including welding to complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking out old unsv PVC Cap/Shoe and S&F new PVC Cap/Shoe as per Drg.

SOFA SET 5 SEATED CUSHIONED TP

M&L for removal of old existing tapestry cloth of sofa set 5 seated in any position and S&F new tapestry cloth (Not less than Rs. 600 per meter) and proper stiching with sofa in existing and as directed by Engr-In-Charge/GE.

CHAIR COMPUTER / CHAIR EXECUTIVE REVOLVING FD/E6/MAP/01, TP

Replacement of old unsv seat and back of chair with new seat 12mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth. The back shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed on frame with screws and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth / leatherite. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs and welding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note :- The tapestry cloth to be provided as per sample in kept at GE office and as approved by GE.)

Replacement of unsv hydraulic system of chair revolving for the adjustment of height all as directed by Engr-In-Charge/GE.

Replacement of old unsv / broken wheel base complete of chair revolving all as directed by Engr-In-Charge/GE.

Removing old existing unsv twin coster wheel from chair and S&F new twin wheel costers as per shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old existing unsv lock from Almirah large steel and S&F new lock 75mm long, 06 lever with two keys to Almirah large steel all as shown on drawing or as directed.

Removing old existing unsv locking assembly from Almirah large steel and S&F new locking assembly to Almirah large steel including making adjustment of door shutters & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. Painting shall be done with spray machine and all as specified on drawing and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv leg from Almirah large steel and S&F new leg made out of 1mm thick CRCA Sheet made to size and shape and welding at bottom of almirah after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. Painting shall be done with spray machine and all as specified on drawing and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv butt hinges of Almirah large steel and S&F new butt hinges 75 mm long and adjusting door by revitting / welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv locking device cover from Almirah large steel and S&F new locking device cover made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coat of paint over a coat of red oxide primer as approved quality to Almirah large steel.
