M & L GI tubing medium grade of size 80 mm bore including all fitting such as bend, Tee, union, socket etc in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable damaged CI/GI pipe of 100/80 mm size from excavated trenches or from wall/floor and removal to store or stack aside complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard/dense soil for laying pipes/repair to pipes and sluice/control valves etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning refiling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well raming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of sedimentation tank of size 6.92m X 4.07m X 2.5m, draining/washing out complete through wash out pipe, and removing all mud, silt, scales, dirts etc from inside area and cleaning with bleaching powder, wire brush, broom and sand paper etc and marking date of cleaning and capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no. 17 here-in-before, but cleaning of filteration tank of size 7.0m X 4.75m X 4.5m.

M & L for dewatering from semi under ground sump 10000 Glns capacity, cleaning internal walls, bottom surface of sump by removing scales and other foreign materials, scrubbing with water using coir jute brushes, washing the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water & finally washing with fresh water on walls, bottom surface etc applying two coats of white wash inside and outside as existing colour wash and writing letters on the wall i.e. capacity of tank, complete as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement sluice valve 150 mm dia with stainless steel spindle complete assembly, class PN 1.0, ISI marked including providing rubber gaskets, nut & bolts, washers, etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L in replacement Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs suitable for S/S pipes upto 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for coping, parapit, thrust block and other similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fabrication including welding and fixing in replacement of valve chamber cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly supported by MS flat 25 X 4mm all around and diagonal for various sizes valves chambers duly fixed with 25X4mm flat and long split at one end embedded in wall and lifting handle of MS flat with suitable size and welded to MS sheet with and incl locking arrangement and painted with approved quality of two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of metalic primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Re-winding of CF / Monoblock electric motor by disconnecting electrical & mechanical connections, opening the motor , removing all burnt out coils, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with supper enameled copper winding wire as per the existing gauge and reassembling, testing and commissioning of electric motor on full load capacity up to 5 HP, three phase 415Volts 50 HZ including repair to pump by replacing unserviceable bush, bearings of existing size and lathe work if required and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
