Note :- (i) Transformer shall be manufactured in compliance with detailed technical specification as per Particular specifications. (ii) Single limb IMPULSE TEST AND HEAT RUN TEST shall be carried out by manufacture factory or approved Laboratory and the rate for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Transformer shall be inspected by inspecting officers nominated by Chief Engineer at manufacturers factory and all test pertaining to IS: 2026 shall be carried out pre dispatch complete all as directed. (iv) Site testing: Insulation, oil temperature alarm trip, Winding temperature alarm and trip, Bucholtz relay alarm and trip, Low oil level alarm, testing of annunciation systems by auxiliary relay tripping of transformer, Polarity marking and phase sequence, Ratio test, dielectric strength and filtration if required should be carried out. (v) Control cable and Bus - duct shall be measured and paid separately. (vi) Foundation and civil works as per manufacture's recommendation. (vii) Detail Specification of Power Transformer shall be as per Particular Specifications attached. (vii) Making arrangement of T & P for uploading and shifting the transformer carefully to MRS yard be included in quoted rates.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Station class 33 KV lightning arrestor structure mounted gapless type consists of Zinc Oxide elements discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps and provided with hermetically sealed discharge counter to indicate the number of discharges through the surge diverter and including necessary leakage current detector having rated system voltage 36 KV & arrestor rated voltage 30 KV all as specified and as directed by Engr In-Charge. Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning of 11 kV Air Insulated Indoor type Switchgear Panels with maximum system voltage rating of 12kV, Busbar rating of 630A, Short Circuit capacity of 26.3kA, Busbars shall have full voltage sleeving on it and shall be self supported type, i.e without any support insulators. The incomer Panels shall contain with and including PT and CT arrangement. The Panel Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Vacuum Bottle, Numerical relays shall be of same make as the Panel manufacturer. The panel shall be tested for IAC AFLR for 26.3kA/1s. The IED (Numerical relay) shall be complied to 61850 protocol without any external protocol converter, WEB HMI feature should be present. Inter-operability test shall preferable shall be done. Proof w.r.t Interoperability shall be submitted by the manufacturer. The relay shall have arc-protection based on simultaneous detection of current and light to ensure reduced cubicle damage and increase personal safety. (<15 ms). The relay must support IEC 61850 Edition 1 and Edition 2 (with test reports) and shall supports HSR/PRP redundancy protocols. Compensation @ Rs 80000.00 shall be recovered from contractor due in case failure. Taking down old unserviceable/corroded LT feeder pillar box/ DB Box/ Busbar Chamber of any sizes or types (after disconnection of all electrical connections) complete for replacement with new one complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for Cutting the faulty/damaged/burnt end portion of the UG cables of cross sectional area 16sqmm to 50 sqmm 3.5/4 core and making good end termination with and including suitable size of aluminium thimble/lugs duly crimped with crimping tool and refixing its own position, including Insulation tape, nut, bolts etc as required in distribution boards/LT Panel boards/Change over switches complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Jointing kit & necessary excavation, earth work should be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.
All as per item serial No 123 here-in-before but for size 70 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Disconnecting cable from LT poles or transformer and taking up loop of underground cable, sizes of cros- sectional area 70-120 sqmm 3.5 cutting the faulty damaged portion of cable, replace with new end termination outdoor heat shrink type including excavation, returning filling and all connected materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Joint kit and necessary excavation, sand cushioning, cable cover as bricks etc should be measured and paid separately.
All as per item serial No 127 here-in-before but size 150-185 sqmm 3.5 Core.

M & L for Compression/crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductors/jumper connections including treatment with conducting jelly complete of size Upto 10mm dia of conductor wire overall complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for cable route indicator 15cm dia made out of cast aluminium duly marked with size and type of cable fixed on ISA 40x40x6mm angle iron support embedded including in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (300x300x400mm) and steel surface painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.
Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep including cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, under growth, root , levelling & spreading water and removing rubbish, accumulated sand/mud/wastage up to a distance 200 mitres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F Danger notice plate of size 25x20cm made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F Multistrand copper strip (32mm x 6mm) for connecting the equipments with running copper earth strip, with nuts & bolts, washers, copper thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 X 6mm dia GI strip upto 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal, salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including dismantling of old earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for making cable duct in existing floor Main power house/sub stn etc by cutting existing floor for size width 450mm x depth 600mm (internal dimension of duct) depth of duct to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top existing floor as 600mm and including duct cover of suitable size with 6mm thick MS chequered plate cover and frame of angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with fixing arrangement and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on SMS chequered plate of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 8 mm and frame, including necessary dismantling of existing floor, excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr, 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as foundation, 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in wall, 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 internally, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted by the contractor is including for making good the disturbed floor matching to the existing floor.
Labour only for dismantling MS cross arms, angle, channel, anti-climbing device, flat, clamps etc., from HT/LT Poles and kept aside or deposited in MES store for further disposal, complete all as specified and as directed.
