Returning filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations filling of post hole and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 10 mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specifies and directedby Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing galvanised mild steel hot dipped(IS -2721) of 4 mm dia of mesh size 100x100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as directed by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be encloused with final bill.

Fixing only of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of satanderds, rails, straining bolts etc including binding wire complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Provn of acrylic sheet board of 0.50 m wide and 7.50 and 5.00 length placing over the iron members of 4 mtr height above the ground level or required as per Engineer-in-Charge including PGI sheet curved backing rear side alongwith screws rivets net bolts, washers including 02 nos electric tube etc including eight no of flourrscent tube light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron and mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles interior grade, of size 450x350x7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in vertical surfces such as skirting, dados, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L 15mm thick Granite (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) work in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings/ galvalume sheets/ aluminium sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated Mangalore tiles profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour (red) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc 0.63 thick plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pressed steel frame for doors of size 125 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(20 mm graded aggregate) for filling of pressed steel frame and hold fast etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of required colour of three legged of cross section 90mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame molded with fire retardant grade unsaturate polysterresinn and chopped mat.Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiberglass from all sides, MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

S&F rotational moulded white colour polyethylene water storage tank 500 litre capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Note : PVC tanks shall be ISI marked, having two layres and white colour)

M&L writing letters or figures with synthetic enemal paint (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush wood, under growth, roots and trees n exc 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area under clearance except in the case of surface dressing which includes for all the foregoing except clearing away of trees complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
