1. Single Slide 12 Feet – Powder Coated, 12 feet long single slide, having approx 20 inch wide inclined ladder with foot-steps equally distributed at 11 to 12 inch distance from each other. Tower of height 6 feet and having top platform of minimum size 20 inch X 20 inch. The ladder and platform should have safety railing. Having a minimum 20 inch wide 12 feet long GI Slide which should be supported at centre point using a centre support. Complete in all respect including transportation up to Naghun Park Khandwa and installation. The reference drawing is enclosed herewith

2. Family Swing Jhula – Powder Coated, Installation area 6.5 feet (h), 6 feet (l), 6 feet (w). Jhula frame fabricated using three vertical pipes and cast iron pre fabricated work. Jhula having a bench (Palki) of size 4x2x2 feet fabricated of MS round Pipe as outer frame and oval pipe as seat, back rest. Bench having arrangement for hand rest and back rest. The horizontal distance between bench and side frame will be at least 50 cm from both end. The Bench will be suspended to Jhula frame using at least 8 mm MS chain. The Jhula will be covered from top by using MS Sheet using a MS Round Pipe frame. Complete in all respect including transportation up to Naghun Park Khandwa and installation. 3. Circular Swing – Powder Coated, Installation area 5 feet (h), 6 feet (l), 6 feet (w). Having a circular rigid swing suspended to a fixed metallic frame by suitable bush/ bearing arrangement. Circular swing Jhula frame fabricated using MS Pipe and oval pipe, having two separate benches with beck rest and foot rest arrangement. The fixed metallic frame to be fabricated using MS Pipe. 4. Sea Saw, side by side construction of 2 seats on each sea saw – Powder Coated, Installation area 1.5 feet (h), 6 feet (l), 5 feet (w). Having two separate sea saw mounted on a horizontal pipe. Horizontal pipe and frame to be fabricated using MS Pipe. Seats, railing and handle to be fabricated using MS Pipe. Seats having back rest, hand rest and a holding pipe on the swing. 5. Rocking Boat Sea Saw – Powder Coated, Installation area 4 feet (l), 2.5 feet (w). Main frame of boat fabricated using MS Pipe. Seats, back rest and foot rest fabricated using oval pipe and handle using MS Pipe. Complete in all respect including transportation up to Naghun Park Khandwa and installation. 6. Wall Climber – Powder Coated, Installation area 7 feet (h), 8 feet (l), 3 feet (w). Main frame and support fabricated using MS Pipe. Providing arrangement for climbing using MS Chain. 7. Monkey Ladder – Powder Coated, Installation area 7 feet (h), 10 feet (l), 2.5 feet (w). Having ladder like structure, as shown in the reference drawing. Steps of ladder equally distributed at 11 to 12 inch distance from each other. Fabricated using 32 mm NB, 3.2 mm (10 SWG) medium class MS Pipe, and steps of size 25 mm NB,3.2 mm (10 SWG), medium class MS Pipe. 8. A to B Climber – Powder Coated, Installation area 8 feet (h), 16 feet (l), 2.5 feet (w). Having ladder like structure, as shown in the reference drawing in the shape of “A” & “B” and connected together by a ladder along with safety railing. Fabricated using 32 mm NB, 3.2 mm (10 SWG) medium class MS Pipe, Steps of ladder equally distributed at 11 to 12 inch distance from each other and fabricated using 25 mm NB,3.2 mm (10 SWG), medium class MS Pipe. 9. Merry Go Round – Powder Coated, Installation area 5 feet (l), 5 feet (w). Circular Swing. Swing fabricated using Round pipes and GI Sheet. Having 4 metallic seats along with suitable arrangement for back support, foot and hand support. Swing structure resting on Main Stand fabricated of MS Pipe, using two bearing arrangement as required. Complete in all respect including transportation up to Naghun Park Khandwa and installation. 10. Revolving Platform – Powder Coated, Installation area 5 feet (l), 5 feet (w), 5 Feet (h). Fabricated using MS Pipe, MS Oval Pipe and GI Sheet. Seats on the platform fabricated using 80 mm NB, 4.05 mm thick, medium class oval pipe along with arrangement for back support. Swing structure resting on Main Stand fabricated of MS Pipe, using two bearing arrangement as required. Complete in all respect including transportation up to Naghun Park Khandwa and installation. 11. Multi Activity Play Station – 2 nos set Powder Coated, Installation area 20 feet (l), 20 feet (w). Having three separate towers, connected by two separate bridges. Each tower having provision of separate slides and adjacent Circular Swing (one), sea Saw (one) and ladder, bridges etc as detailed below. Ist Tower- 3’ (Width) X 2’ (length) X 8’ (Height) feet. Fabricated using using MS Pipe. Having platform for slide at the height of 3 feet. With Safety railing and top Chatri arrangement. IInd Tower- 2’ (Width) X 2’ (length) X 9’ (Height) feet. MS Pipe. Having platform for slide at the height of 4 feet. With Safety railing and top Chatri arrangement. IIIrd tower- 2’ (Width) X 2’ (length) X 10’ (Height) feet. Fabricated using using MS Pipe. Having platform for slide at the height of 5 feet. With Safety railing and top Chatri arrangement. Bridge I- Connecting Ist & IInd Tower. Having size of 5 feet x 2 feet. Fabricated using oval pipes resting on 8 mm chain along with safety railing. Bridge II- Connecting IInd & IIIrd Tower. Having size of 5 feet x 2 feet. Having curved bow shape, fabricated MS Pipe and oval pipe. Sea Saw- Having two seats fabricated at the end points of the Main MS Pipe. Seats having arrangement of railing and handle which is to be fabricated using MS Pipe and oval pipe. Circular Swing- Frame fabricated using MS Pipe, Palki fabricated using MS Pipe, oval pipe. Palki suspended to main frame using suitable bearing/ bush arrangement. Slides- Having three slides (one with each tower) of size 3X6 feet (Tower I), 8x2 feet (Tower II) and 10x2 feet (Tower III), fabricated using 14 Gauge GI Sheet, MS Angle and MS Pipe. Other Specifications- The Jhula should have two nos inclined ladders provided on Tower I & III. The ladder having approx width of 2 feet, fabricated using MS Pipe, having equally distributed steps at 11 to 12 inch distance from each other, made of MS Pipe. The ladder, bridges and platform should have safety railing fabricated using MS Pipe. GI Slide for tower II & III should be supported on a centre support using MS Pipe. All three platforms should be provided with an umbrella (chatri) fabricated using GI Sheet, angle or MS Pipe. 12. Square Jungle Gym – 3 nos Powder Coated, Installation area 6 feet (h), 6 feet (l), 6 feet (w). Fabricated using MS Pipes to form a square shape climbing structure. 13. Dust Bin – 49 nos Powder Coated, Installation area 3.5 feet (h), 1.5 feet (l), and 1.5 feet (w). Metallic Dustbin, permanently mounted in ground on a base frame having two MS Pipe. Oval shaped dustbin of size 1.5x1.5x1 feet fabricated using GI Sheet, having suitable umbrella and dustbin cap, having arrangement for emptying it by tilting on the pipe frame without un-mounting from the base frame, as per attached reference drawing. 14. Garden Bench Heavy duty – 98 nos Powder Coated, Installation area 5 feet (l), 2.5 feet (w). Fabricated using cast Iron frame for both sides of bench involving legs and hand support. Having seating and back rest arrangement made from 12 no 50x25 mm, 3.2 mm thick rectangular MS pipe. Complete in all respect including transportation up to Naghun Park Khandwa and installation.
