Supplying and mixing of approved brand of BI-POLAR CONCRETE PENETRATING CORROSION INHIBITING ADMIXTURE in concrete as per manufacturer's specification for protection of reinforcement against corrosion. Supply of admixture in Contractor's scope.
Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for water proofing treatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of concrete into the drum of the ready-mix truck, using integral crystalline admixture @ 0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete) or higher as recommended by the manufacturer's specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%, compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. The crystalline admixture shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
Providing & Fixing Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including transporting to site, storing, straightening, cutting, bending, tying, lapping of bars/ butt welding/ placing in position and binding, correct shape and size as per detailed drawings, specifications, preparing and getting approved bar-bending schedules for all reinforced concrete work including Diaphram Wall work with correct size of heavy duty PVC/ concrete (of same grade) cover blocks and galvanized binding wire of 18 gauge, required dewatering, provide required labour and machines/ equipment/ tools/ tackles for handling, shifting, bending, binding, etc. all complete in all respect at all depths, heights, lifts & leads. Only Thermo Mechanically Treated reinforcing bars of grade Fe415D/ Fe500D (0.2% proof stress / yield stress not less than 415/ 500 MPa respectively) with minimum total elongation of 14.5% confirming to IS:1786 - 2008 shall be supplied and used as reinforcement steel for the permanent work. (Note: Nothing extra is payable for laps, chairs, spacers, binding wire, mechanical couplers, wastage, etc.)

Supplying, fabricating, painting and erecting in position steel structures at all locations and levels for Metro Entry Exit Buildins comprising of rolled and built up sections, side runners, beams, columns, trussed girders, bracings, sag rods, plates, platforms, base plates, stiffeners etc., straightening if required, cutting to required size bolting and or welding of joints as per drawings / specifications, surface preparation as per Employer Requirement and as per Structural steel painting specification, (no seperate payment shall be made against this surface preparation/ primer job), fixing in line or level with temporary staging and grouting (No seperate payment for Grouting) as per specifications / drawings, finishing the exposed surfaces, preparation of fabrication drawings with connection design and getting reviewed from Owner/ Consultant along with supply of all necessary prints including submission of as built drawings 2 set with soft copy in CD etc. complete with all materials, consumables, tools, equipments and labour for all depths and heights, as per drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and fixing HSFG bolts of any dia and any length with suitable nuts including DTI washers conforming to IRS-B1-2001 for bridges and steel structures with contractors labour, tools and plants and lead and lift etc., complete.
Providing and fixing of hot dipped galvanized Internally Threaded Sleeve Bolt of different size. Sleeve Bolt will be manufactured from IS:2062 Grade B mild steel. The sleeve shall receive hexagon-head bolt M20 Class 8.8 as per IS:1364 (Part 1) with galvanized spring washer. The base connections and connection with concrete shall be effected by internally threaded bolt sleeves (hot dipped galvanized @ 300 gm/sqm) manufactured from IS:2062 Grade B mild steel. Supplying and finishing with following Structural Paint Work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. - On steel work Structural Steel Painting work shall be carried out as follows: Fabrication Shop: Surface Treatment (External Surface) Abrasive blast cleaning to minimum SA-2.5 SIS-055900 near – white blast cleaning. 2nd Under-Coat: Epoxy zinc phosphate primer polyamide cured DFT-35μm shall be Berger Epilux 610 Primer or approved equivalent. The primer should be applied by spray or brush only. 3rd Under-Coat: Epoxy zinc phosphate primer polyamide cured DFT-35μm shall be Berger Epilux 610 Primer or approved equivalent. The primer should be applied by spray or brush only. 4th Under-Coat: Epoxy high build micaceous iron oxide coating polyamide cured DFT-90 μm shall be Berger Epilux 4 High Build MIO. The primer should be applied by spray or brush only. Erection Site: Intermediate Coat: Acrylic polyurethane finish aliphatic isocyanate cured DFT- 30μm shall be Berger thane or approved equivalent applied by spray or brush in approved colour. Finish Coat: Acrylic polyurethane finish aliphatic isocyanate cured DFT- 30μm shall be Berger thane or approved equivalent applied by spray or brush in approved colour. Paint systems for steelwork shall ensure a minimum life of 10 years before full maintenance painting is required.
Design, Supply and installation of hot rolled steel sheet piles including all associated structural steel members i.e. waler & runner beams, strut, cross ties, vertical members, guide frames, suitable interlocks, suitable corner sections, splicing & cutting sheet piling, application of recommended sealant for complete water tightness (as required), pre-drilling for installation into bedrock (as necessary) etc. as per site conditions, mobilization/ demobilization of all necessary tools & tackles, hammer (vibratory/ impact), crane(s) etc., all labor, shifting plant/ machinery & carryout any ancillary works and subsequent removal after completion of works, all complete as per Scope of Work/ Specifications, relevant Codes/ Standards, approved design/ drawings/ method statement and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (No extra payment shall be made for cost of extraction and replacement for installing of sheet pile deviating the specification or rejected by Engineer-in-charge. Extracted sheet piles shall be contractor's property and contractor shall remove the same from site without any extra cost to client). Payment shall be on the basis of sheet pile shoring area exposed after complete excavation. Depth of shoring will be measured from existing ground level to bottom of PCC.
Supplying and filling in plinth with borrow earth under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. Filling with Approved Borrowed Earth (SUB GRADE) for all heights and depths for road embankments, shoulders or any other place as directed to proper levels, slopes, grades and stripping at borrow areas (if necessary) loading, unloading, transportation etc., clearing and stripping as per specifications, uprooting of vegetation, roots and disposal of the shrubs, bushes, roots etc., breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with road roller to give at least 95% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS : 2720 Part VIII, providing and operating POL and operator charges of necessary road rollers and other equipment, providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation, dressing and levelling, etc. complete including disposal of all unserviceable materials if any beyond the boundary limit for all leads etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge. The rate quoted shall include all royalties, right-of-way etc. complete. (Approved earth shall meet Client requirement) (Borrow area outside site limit shall be arranged by contractor only)
Boring/ drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (Part I) including collection of samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineris required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge up to 90 m depth below ground level. in all type of soil - 300 mm dia bore well. This Permanent Bore Well is for Client use only.
Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818 including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc all complete for all depths as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @ 3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
Providing and applying fully bonded, pre-applied, HDPE, composite waterproofing sheet membrane system with thickness of 1.2 mm with sand finish at top, HDPE film thickness > 0.8 mm and HDPE membrane composite ≥ 1.20 mm The membrane should have strong bonding property between the top sanded layer and fresh concrete, so that there is no lateral water migration between membrane and the structural concrete of underground structure. The overlaps min. 80 mm on side laps which.End laps the sand is removed by hot shoveling to a width of 80 mm and there upon the clean band is overlapped using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Resistance to static puncture ≥ 1000 N (ASTM E154) Tensile strength ≥ 25 MPa (film) (ASTM D412 mod) Elongation ≥ 550 % (ASTM D412 mod), Adhesion in peel ≥ 900 N/m (ASTM D903 mod), Joint peel resistance ≥ 1500 N/m (ASTM D1876), Foldability at low temperature Unaffected at -23 °C (ASTM D1970) Water absorption < 0.5 % (ASTM D570), Water tightness > 71 m of hydrostatic head (ASTM D5385 mod), Permeability to water vapour < 0.10 ng/Pa·s·m2 (ASTM E96, method B) The rates shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete including finishing the edges as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels. (The above work shall be carriedout by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.)

Conducting Low Strain Integrity Test on piles as per ASTM D 5882, including pile head preparation, mobilisation & demobilisation of testing apparatus/ equipments, skilled personnel, data collection/ recording, analyzing the results, preparing comprehensive report and submitting the same in 5 copies, all complete as per specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Based on the review of LSI test results the number of tests may be increased as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-incharge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm
For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.
Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 > 45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 > 1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/ making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05kg/ running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/ running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05kg/running metre per coat.
For patching of tie rod holes, prepared tie rod hole surface and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @ 0.070 kg/sqm and while the surface is tacky repair and then filled the tie rod holes with crystalline mortar @ 0.040kg per hole. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for seperately)
Constructing cast-in situ RCC diaphragm wall by providing and laying machine batched, machine mixed, self compacting, ready mix reinforced cement concrete, tramie controlled, of M 50 grade using 460 kg. cement per cum of concrete including providing and mixing required admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103, as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, for achieving 150- 200 mm slump, for diaphragm wall having thickness as per approved structural design not exceeding 800 mm, in pannels of required depth and lengths as per approved drawing, including constructing necessary guide walls as required and as specified including boring in all kinds of soils and rocks, including working in or under water and / or liquid mud, in foul conditions and pumping or bailing out of water and removing slush, including disposal of earth/ rock / slush etc. for all leads and all lifts, including preparing, providing and re-circulating bentonite slurry in the trench as and when required for all depths, including agitating bentonite slurry during trenching etc., providing and fixing stop ends or form tubes, upto the required depth of diaphragm wall including extracting the same after casting, including chipping off the bentonite adulterated concrete or unsound concrete up to the cut off level for obtaining the sound concrete, dressing undulations on the exposed face of diaphragm wall after excavation by chipping / chiseling etc. including filling the depression/ cavities with sound concrete etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including providing recess for bearing plates and fixing insert boxes for inclined rock anchors etc. complete as per the specifications and approved design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, but excluding the cost of reinforcement and inserts. (Rates include cost of all inputs of labour, material, Tools & Plant, cost of handling, lifting & placing in position the reinforced cage in the trench, including the additional cost of welding the reinforcement bars etc. involved in the work and all other incidental expenditure for completing the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. However, the actual area of the diaphragm wall, correct to two places of decimal, from design bottom level to the design cut off level (including portion anchored in the rock up to the design bottom level) only shall be measured for payment. Excess/ less cement used for design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.
Monthly hire charges of Deep Bore Well: Cost includes required Pumps (minimum 5 HP capacity), maintenance of submersible Pumps with cables, HDPE Hose Pipes, Control Panels, Plumbing & Operation Charges, Operator/ Electrician/ Plumber/ Supervisors for 24/7 operation etc complete in all respect including discharge pipe lines as per the dewatering scheme including the specials etc. complete. Non operation hours/ days will not be considered for payment. Dewatering within various structures and buildings by submission of dewatering scheme, deploying required dewatering pumps, pipelines including standby equipment, additional equipment to cater the urgent needs, providing and erection of pipe sleeves and support embedded parts, wherever necessary, installation of pumps and pipelines, setting it to work, commissioning, maintaining the equipment and pipelines, maintaining day-to-day records in log books, dismantling and taking back the pumps and pipelines on completion of dewatering requirement etc., complete.
Lowering of water table by well point dewatering system or any other suitable dewatering system as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including supply of dewatering pumps/ well point network/ Design / Detailing and execution of same to ensure water free surface at raft level to prevent uplift failure. Supply of all tools, tackles, machineries, manpower, maintaining till completion of works, complete in all respect. Operational cost of the dewatering pumps based on energy consumption. Note: The payment shall be made based on energy meter reading of the pump.
Providing and laying in Basement and up to ground floor level factory made Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry of 200 mm thick of M10 grade including hoisting and setting in position with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block Masonry with 150mm/ 230 mm/ 300 mm thick AAC blocks of approved make in superstructure above Plinth Level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment for RCC band and Reinforcement Steel shall be made separately.)
Providing and laying Cement Plaster on walls finished to a smooth finish as per specification including necessary staging, scaffolding etc complete in all respect 12 mm Plaster of mix 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 fine Sand)
Providing and laying Cement Plaster on walls finished to a smooth finish as per specification including necessary staging, scaffolding etc complete in all respect 15 mm Plaster of mix 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 fine Sand).
Providing and laying Cement Plaster on ceiling finished to a smooth finish as per specification including necessary staging, scaffolding etc complete in all respect 6 mm Plaster of mix 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 fine Sand).

Design, material, supply and execution of post tensioning works to all floors including decoiling the strands, cutting to the required lengths, supplying and laying of HT strands, sheathing (GI corrugated ducts 80mmx20mm, 0.30mm thick jointing with couplers and inserting the strands, profiling, fixing live end anchorages including the supply of stressing anchorages suitable for 5-5 and 5-4 Tendons, grout vents, making dead end anchorages including flowering the strands, fixing Tendon support bars, supervising the fixing of anti brusting reinforcement, stressing the cables, end trimming grouting the cables with cement and admixtures with required plant and machineries, tools and tackles, consumables etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, approved drawing and technical specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
