REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY PERIMETER LIGHTS POLES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT LRDE UNDER GE I R AND D WEST BANGALORE

Important Notes for Tenderers : 1) The scope of works pertains to LRDE estb and their AOR area i.e S1 site Yelahanka and S2 site Rajankunte (out side pockets) and hence the tenderer must visit all areas before quoting their BOQ item rates 2) The contractor is responsible to arrange required Aluminium, Wooden ladders as per site requirements at LRDE estb, S1 site Yelahanka and S2 site Rajankunte and LT Megger, tong tester, electrician kit, Gloves and Gum boots etc to be provided to their technician teams before commencement of works on the ground (the cost for the same is inclusive in the quoted rates of the subject work item services) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3) During the entire currency of contract, the contractor is responsible to depute their supervisor who shall report to the work incharge JE E/M office @ 9 AM daily for collecting of subject work street lights complaints or other nature complaints / works of the subject services for early attending , rectifications and connected works with their electrician team and the same entered in the complaint register etc

Supplying, installation, Testing in repair of 90W Street light LED fixture powder coated pressure die cast aluminium body with driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, freq 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 deg to 50 deg centigrade, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%, THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P. F.≥0.95, IP-66, IK-10, CRI ≥70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI-EMC As per CISPR -15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM- 21-11 report, CCT 3000°K/ 4000°K/ 5700°K/ 6500°K (As per ), SDCM (Standard Deviation Colour Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output. LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C).

Note - 1) New pole, MS work for fixing flood lights on new poles as per site requirements shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of the Schedule. .

Supply and fixing of heavy grade 50 mm dia pipe 3 Mtr height with welded base plate of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 10 mm thick welded to the pipe & with 4 Nos foundation bolts (M16 x 300 mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED security light fitting of 25W pressure die cast aluminium housing/body, heat resistant clear toughened glass, better optics for uniform distribution street luminaire, with driver, including electric connection with using 3 core flexible copper conductor cable 1.5Sqmm from ceiling rose to light fitting, fixing the light fitting with new bracket made out of GI tubing light grade 25mm dia, 1.2 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron size 25x3 mm with suitable nuts and bolts for fixing of bracket including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 120 Lumen per watt. Note:- (i) The quoted rate deemed to be included for connections of Incoming and all outgoing U/G cable, terminating with suitable cable gland, aluminium lugs in and including excavation,returning,removing and PCC work as per site requirement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The contractor must submit CPRI Certificate of the chamber box manufacturer.

Disconnecting Incoming cable and all out going cables of any sizes from the old / unserviceable main switch / bus bar of any type, model carefully, taking out all cables carefully as per site conditions and kept a side for reuse and reconnections in the new bus bar as per site requirements, taking out existing old switch panel from the site carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earth work and PCC work as applicable shall be measured and paid separately.
