M&L for Jaisalmer stone for wall cladding (natural stone) 20-25 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone , exc .0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm ,including cutting and polishing types in wall including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L Squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto coursein cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing Jaisalmer stone Jali 40mm wirh pillar 100x100x70 thick fully fine dressed carved upto full depth with ornamental cut stone work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L providing bottom runner stone beam (Jaisalmer type) fixed in line having size 100 x 200 MM fixed in cement mortar 1:4 and making ready for fixing of jaisalmer stone jalies and pillar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type C-0 (1:3:6) using 12.50mm graded aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Posts and rails measured separately.

M&L providing type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) precast ce- ment concrete in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps,columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), withplain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregularface of walls CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10-15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with approved make by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. For thickness above 15mm is recommended to be applied in multiple layers, Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS-1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 Days-10-12 Mpa/ Bulk density 1500-1800 Kg/m3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The quoted rate by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 mtr height.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying Material & Labour for applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground on concrete, brick work, masonry etc and removing of demolished materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L mild steel framed works such as angles, tees , channels, etc as in fenching posts large and small gates and grills , gratings and chainlink fenching etc, including hanging gates in pillar with proper pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing only chain link fencing, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately.

M&L mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for mild steel work posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riverting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but not.exc 10 cm long,diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc,complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for ceramic out door tiles 400mmx400mmx10mmm thick digital design set, heavy duty, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
