Earth work in excavation by manual means, over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mtr. in depth, 1.5 mtr. in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr. for cutting edge, deposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Supplying/filling dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors incld. all leads, lifts and head load all carriages upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size( crushed ) including all carriage / head load upto site of work complete.

Reinforcement cement concrete work in walls ( any thickness), incl. attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 gradded stone agg. 20mm normal size (crushed) including all carriage / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including head load all carriages upto site of work complete.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping, etc & removal of form works for :-

a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass conc. And walls (any thickness) incl. attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc (kit ply)

b) Suspended floors, roofs landing, balconies and access platform (kit ply)

Reinforcement for R.C.C work incl. straightening,cutting,bending,,placing in position and binding all complete.(Thermo-Mechanically treated bars)

12mm cement plaster on walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) including all carriage / head load upto site of work complete.

Filling availble excavated earth (execluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. layers not execeeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposed layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Structural steel work welded in built up sectiosn, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting , fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and all carriage / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steed primer and two or more coats of approved paint on overlaping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizental / vertical or carved surface) excld. the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required (0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm. including all carriages / head load complete in all respects.

supplying and mixing waterprofing compound (leakproof powder) @1.00kg / bag of cement and arrangement of water for testing the sump complete job.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth by mechanical transport as desired by site engineer including loading , unloading and all carraiges complete

construction of DG base 200mm thick in 1:2:4( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand:4 gradded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)over 100 thick mud mat and 150mm thick soaling including 250mm deep earth work complete job.including form work and all carraiges upto site of work complete (size 2x3M)

providing fixing of PGI sheet for ridges , valleys etc including cost of nails etc complete
