Supply, installation and commissioning of 3 Nos. of LPG crematorium including Transportation, Erection and Commissioning Charges, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per the specifications detailed below: i) Design, Supply & Construction of Cremation Chamber having the inner dimensions of 940mm x 1150mm x 2350mm and Outer Dimensionsof 1900mm X 3000mm X 2100mm, fabricated out of heavy duty material & provided with necessary openings for gaseous fuel firing through burners and feeding body. The Primary Chamber shall be constructed with 4 Layers, inner most will be 115mm IS-8 quality fire bricks, 2nd layer will be 115mm Hot face Insulation Bricks Rajasthan Make, 3rd layer will be75mm Cold face Insulation brick, 4th layer will be 25mm Ceramic Fibre Blanket provision to withstand temperature and insulation bricks to ensure minimum heat loss. The furnace shall have Ash collection chamber with door size of 400mm X 350mm & provision for periodic ash removal. The furnace shall have ceramic tiles finishing on the outer side. The front side of furnace will be covered by moving MS fabricated door lined with Insulation Bricks. Door operation will be Motorised /manual. The Furnace will have 7 Nos. of Body Resisting Cast Iron solid Shaped Bricks. ii) Design, Supply and Construction of Secondary Chamber for the Re-Incineration of Flue Gas having the inner Size of 400mmX1800mmX400mm. The Secondary Chamber shall be constructed with 4 Layers, inner most will be 115mm IS-8 quality fire bricks (Dalmia Make only ), 2nd layer will be 115mm Hot face Insulation Bricks Rajasthan Make, 3rd layer will be75mm Cold face Insulation brick, 4th layer will be 25mm Ceramic Fibre Blanket provision, to withstand temperature and insulation bricks to ensure minimum heat loss. High Alumina Fire Bricks backed with insulation bricks and the outer size of 1400mmX2100mmX700mm with the Provision of Flue Gas Entry and Outlet. iii) Design, Supply, delivery and Erection of Chimney shall be fabricated out of MS material of thickness 8 mm to 5mm varying from bottom to top with bottom diameter shall not be less than 1000mm and top diameter 324 mm to a height of 30 m (min). Design shall conform to IS 6533 norm and chimney shall be provided with accessories such as Ladder / Platform, Sampling Nozzle, Lightning Arrestor, Drain Plug, Bottom Door etc., and not restricted to only these complete systems complying to Std norms. Chimney jointing flange gasket shall be provided by asbestos gasket instead of rubber flange gasket including testing and commissioning etc., complete. The Base Segment will be 1000mm to 800mm cone, second Segment will be 800mm to 600mm cone, Third Segment will be 600mm to 400mm Cone, Fourth segment will be 400mm to 325mm Cone. The Final Segment will be the 325mm straight Pipe. All the Segments length will be 6000mm. All the Chimney Flanges Shall be 12mm thick. The Base Plate of the Chimney shall be 25mm thick plate. iv) Supply of Duct Line From Cremation Chamber to Scrubbing Unit with Insulating of Refractory Cement, the Outer Duct will be Made out of Mild Steel and the Inner will be Lined with Refractory Cement with the thickness of 50mm, the Outer Dia will be 400mm. v) Supply, Delivery and fixing of Centrifugal Fan should be the 5 HP Motor of suitable rating for sucking of Fumes from the Furnace and letting out to the Chimney in terms of Volumetric Flow Rate & Pressure Head development. The Impeller Should beof Stainless Steel SS-304 Grade and the Casing should be of stainless Steel 2 mm thickness. The MoC shall be MS/SS as dictated by the Incinerator System operation. vi) Supply of Duct Line From Scrubber to ID Fan Blower and ID Fan Blower to the Chimney. The Duct will be Made out of Mild Steel construction with Flanges of 280mm to 325mm Dia. vii) Supply and Installation of motorized door movement by using reduction gear and bearing systems. The motor will be ½ HP and the reduction gear will be 1:150 ratio for smooth operation. viii) Supply of Electrical Panel Board, Back, Electrical cables, Wiring etc., as directed by the departmental officers. The Panel Board will be capable for the Door Operation, Blower and Pump ON/OFF controls, and Burner Control Operations. The Total no. of 4 Burners will have individual Control Switch for Ignition and the Common Switch for the Blower Controls. The Control panel will be neatly wired with Identity marked Numbers and the cables for the Door will be 1.5 Sq mm 3 core wire for Suitable length from the Control panel to motor, The 4 Nos. Burner Cable will the 1.5 Sq.mm 3 core suitable length from the control panel to Burners and the Motor will control the Limit with limit switches. The Fume Duct ID Blower cable will be 4sq.mm 3 Core cable from Control panel to Motor. The Control Panel should have the MCB, Indicating Lamps, Push Buttons, ON/OFF Switches, Contactors, Temperature Controller, Over load Relays and Thermocouple etc. ix) Supply of LPG burner sets reputed make with LPG bank and control panel supply of 4Nos of burners with blower and fully auto control system. LPG fired ignition, flame sensor and auto cut off incorporated in a separate controller equivalent to imported control system for air and LPG with auto ignition system and supply of 10 cylinder bank with pipeline from LPG cylinder back upto each burner end by using TATA; C class grade material pipe. x) Supply and Fixing of 2HP High Pressure Pump for the Scrubbing System with Water Line Connections to the Scrubbing unit and Drain connections to the Tank. xi) Supply and Fixing of Hydraulic Trolley with using of Hydraulic Piston, the trolley to be placed at the floor Level for the loading of Human Body will have the Dimensions of 780mm width and 4500mm Length for the easy operation of Loading of Human Body to the Cremation Chamber. xii) Supply of required nos of High Pressure Stainless Steel Tube Burners with Suitable Length for the Cremation Chamber with having the Needle Valve, Non-Return Valve and Main Shutoff Valve etc. xiii) Supply of High Pressure venture Wet Scrubber for entrainment of particulate matters, removal of soluble emissions and sudden quenchingof the emissions, fabricated out of mild steel. The emissions enter into the scrubber having high-pressure water spray, thereby entrained particulate matter is washed down with water with the removal of soluble emissions and also helps in the reduction of the Emission temperature. This system is provided within built RCC/masonry water storage cum circulation Tank. Necessary powerful centrifugal Pump for Circulation of water will be provided with Pipeline.
