For Boxing including conveyance of sut earth away from the site with average lead.

GRANULAR SUB BASE - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Granular Sub Base, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5 - for Grading- III Material.

WET MIX MACADAM -Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

Prime Coat Over WBM/ WMM Surface - Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM / WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction overit, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Tack Coat Over Primed Surface - Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Tack Coat Over Existing BT Surface - Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Removal of the Black Topped (BT surface to 50 to 70mm depth using Milling machine, including conveying the milled waste materials away from the work site to an average distance including hire and running charges for the machine, conveyance charges, unloading at unobjectionable place, cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over Dry Lean Cement Concrete surface using 3.00Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1 per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labourcharges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

DBM (Grade-II) 50mm Thick Using VG40 - Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG40 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm using paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

DBM (Grade-I) 75mm Thick Using VG40 Bitumen - Providing and laying 75mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.40 cum of 37.50–13.20 mm, 0.35 cum of 13.20–2.36 mm, and 0.36 cum of 2.36 mm & below size IRC metal with 71.30 kgs of VG-40 grade bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm, including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site; heating the bitumen and aggregates, and mixing them at the required temperature in a central hot mix plant of 20–30 ton capacity; conveying the mix by tipper trucks to site; spreading the mix to a uniform thickness of 75mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections; and consolidating by Vibratory Roller to the required density, etc. The work also includes labour for attending to paver at site, hire and fuel charges for 20–30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory roller, and all other tools and plant required, including all incidental charges, etc., complete as per specification using CMP in accordance with Clause 505 of MORTH (Rev-5).

BC 50mm Thick (Grade - I) Using VG40 Bitumen - Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 50mm thick using 0.22 cum of 26.5–13.20 mm, 0.24 cum of 13.20–2.36 mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below IRC HBG metal with 62.40 kgs of VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8–10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20–30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory Roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause 507 of MORTH.

BC 40mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG40 Bitumen - Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

COMPACTION ONLY FOR UTILIZING AVAILABLE BOX CUT EARTH - Providing compaction for embankment / making up of low berms using the available box cut earth including all hire and fuel charges for power roller for compaction, water sprinkler, including all labour charges for laying, spreading, watering etc., complete and as directed by the departmental engineers.

Filling behind abutments and wing with cleab gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to work site laying handling charges and filling in layers tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering wit all leads for water and allother incidental charges etc complete.

Plain Cement Concrete of grade M15 (Nominal mix) using 40mm ISS hard broken granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, including cost and labour charges for form work and centering, labour charges for compacting, curing and all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification for LEVELLING COURSE BELOW Box Culvert and Wing wall.

Vibrated cement concrete M20 (Nominal mix) using 40mm ISS size hard broken granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost and labour charges for formwork, centering, labour charges for laying, compacting, curing all incidental charges etc., complete for Wing wall and Parapet.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M25 (Design mix) using 20mm ISShard broken granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement excluding cost and fabrication of steel but including cost of form work, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for tools and plants including all other incidental charges etc., complete for Box culvert.

Supply and fabrication of STEEL grade Fe500 with suitable anticorrsive measure required for all the reinforced cement concrete items of work involved in the shedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, hoisting and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of aV:20H towards drawing face, complete as per drawing and techinical specifications.

Road Furniture

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MoRT&H specification No.803.

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-DO. III dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MoRT&H specification 804 etc., complete.

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory signs (with definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC-67: 2022 and ASTM D 4956 –09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmX45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-charge. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2022. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012 . ( as per MoRT&H Specification No.801).

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers and object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted at alternatively black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 etc., complete (as per MoRT&H specification No. 806).

Providing and fixing of Digitally Printed Retro Reflectorized Overhead Gantry Informatory Sign Board made of cube corner Micro Prismatic grade sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of IRC 67–2022 and ASTM D4956–09 specifications, and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet, mounted on a back supporting frame made of mild steel L-angle of size 50mm × 50mm × 6mm. The vertical support post for the installation of the overhead sign gantry shall be made of 300NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe of 12mm thickness, with a ground clearance of 6 meters, along with 80NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe of 4mm thickness and 40NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe of 3.20mm thickness as support posts. MS Base Plate of size 1200mm × 1200mm × 25mm and MS Top Plate of size 900mm × 1650mm × 16mm shall be used to hold the signboard at the top and bottom respectively. MS Stiffener Plates of 8mm thickness in sizes 420×420, 682×420, 288×288, 288×927, and 44×130 shall be used. Anchor bolts of 25mm diameter and 1000mm length shall be used as fixtures. The approved directional information shall be digitally printed and should have not less than 70% of the coefficient of retroreflection values against the values mentioned in Table 6.9 of IRC 67–2022. The latex printer used for digital printing shall use inks with low VOC emissions and shall have Green Guard and Eco Logo certification as per UL 2801 standards. The retro-reflective sheeting shall carry a 10-year warranty for field performance, and a certified copy of a three-year outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67–2022 (as per MoRT&H Specification No. 801). The cantilever sign shall be installed at the site as per the approved structural and foundation drawings provided in the tender document, including the cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, and machinery to the worksite, along with all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges, and all incidental charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. Providing and erecting Single sided Double Guard Metal Beam Crash Barrier System 1.70m high, comprising of 3mm thick wall “W” beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having Zinc Mass of 550gms/ sqm, minimum 950mm above road/ ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 750mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS:1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of HM stone of standard design and drawing as per IRC:26-1967, including painting and numbering etc., and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
