Excavation in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable of poles etc any size at places complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filing in, including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning 15 cm below and 8 cm above the U/G cable laid (total depth of send shall be 23 cm), puned thickness, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Junction box (looping box) made out of 2mm thick sheet steel of suitable size including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide primer to accommodate aluminium bus bar 3 phase, 4 wire and cut out 10 Amp capacity to control incoming and outgoing connection to security light on pole including MCB of 10 Amp and connection to security light necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and aluminium thimble to incoming and outgoing cable and make connection to existing bus bar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping of old paint from the steel tubular pole upto 9.0 mtr height with out removing accessories and preparation of surface for re-painting. Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30cm upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamel paint starting with black strap. repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e. U clamps, channels, etc above 1.5mtr height by applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as required at site or directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including GI watering pipe, light grade, 20mm bore dia and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe up to test point, test point, PCC pits and cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with angle iron frame, with funnel and wire mesh etc including necessary excavation and earth work , all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connecting to earth test point including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.20 above but size of earthing lead 4mm dia wire with GI protection pipe of 15mm dia upto 7.5mtrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for galvanized iron strip 32x6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal of phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex. Head screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia galvanized iron wire as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for GI pipe light grade 15mm dia galvanised with all fitting to be laid in trench/wall/pole for the protection of cable under road/poles/wall/floor etc complete and PCC path including fixing clamps etc with pole or passing through road / floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.27 above but 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending/testing/minor repair in lighting conductor/earthing & replacing GI wire/strips and making good the loose GI wire/strips connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in repair of earthing pits or similar works complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular 6 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 20770.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
