Providing and spreading machine mix/ slight wet mix 100 mm thick in proportion by volume 4 stone dust: 4 Red Murrum : 2 Black Cotton soil : 2 Red clay Grade 1 ( as per standard specification), laid over prepared compacted first layer in required slope and compaction upto 90% density with suitable roller, complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer in charge.Including maintenance period of 3 years (at least twice a year to be done.)

Providing, Laying and compacting of Brick Ballast in 125 mm thick layer as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer in charge

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.By mechanical means with all lead : For Grading I Material

Supplying and Filling in plinth with M sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including cost of sand

Providing and fixing in position precast cement concrete Kerb stone of size 300 X 150 X 450 MM and cut to shape and jointing/pointing with cement mortar 1:4 using pigment as per drawing and instruction of Enineer Incharge complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of Pavers made in fully autometic plant with vibro compact process ( high end uniform strength of m30 grade in various sizes 200x400x60 mm 200x300x60 mm 200x200x60 mm to be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand.in any available colours complete in all respect as directed by engineer incharge.:

Providing and fixing South/Pink Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete. Above 3601 Cm2 Slabs

Providing and fixing Cast Iron Railling complete as per design and drawing including casting, grinding and fixing complete in all respect as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing Fine Finished Hand Carved and fixing of Stone Panels made in Bansi paharpur/ Khatu/ Dhaulpur stone, complete in all respect as per detailed drawing and directed by Engineer incharge.

Add extra if using Mint stone for Fine Finished Hand Carving and fixing of Stone Panels instead of Bansi paharpur/ Khatu/ Dhaulpur stone.

Providing , carving and fixing artistic Corten steel Panels on MS Frame work ( MS work will be paid separately ) as per manufactures specification of thickness 1.5 mm, including Fabrication, as per drawing and designs complete in all respects as directed by Engineer incharge.

Word Cutting work in Corten steel Panels of size 600 x 75 mm, as per drawing and designs complete in all respects as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and welding in position of pointed Cast iron Spear ( Javelin ) of 150 mm height as per drawing complete in all respect as per drawing and direction of engineer in charge .

Providing and applying breathable, non-reactive, transparent, antifungal, UV resistant, alkaline stable, impregnable silane-siloxane or equivalent based water repellent coating on exposed absorbing substrate like stone surface in two or more coats to give uniform finish surface in all heights, horizontal, inclined, vertical and on ceiling complete in all respect and making it complete water-proof as per direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Making fine finished Groove 3mm x 3mm in Granite Stone .

Supplying and fixing machine cut dressed 100 mm thick Pink sand stone (Bansi Paharpur) dasa/ coping wth ornamental shape having moulding and "PAN Shape" engraving as per required pattern with engraving depth of 5 mm (average) in single piece of length 90 cm to be laid on cement mortar 1:4 (12 to 20mm thick) including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade.
