Maintenance of Various Sports Complexes.

Supplying and replacement of existing old tubelor pole with HOT Dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 10 mtr height made out of 3 mm thick sheet having bottom 210 mm A/F & top 90 mm A/F with built in connector control box with flush cover on height of 1000 mm from the bottom of pole, PCD 320 mm, MS base plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 20 mm thick with 250 mm strip in octagonal shape(anti theft arrangement), the pole is to be fixed on existing RCC foundation with bolt and nuts making connection, interconnection with thimble/ lugs in the connector box, earthing, making/ numbering of pole etc as required with following accessories with mounted in built in control box. a) 6 mm thick laminated sheet along with 2 nos. 6 Amp, 10KA, SPMCB, 'C' charcteristic on the din channel, 2 no. 63 Amp terminal block suitable for 25 sq.mm Aluminum condr. cable and din channel for MCB's. b) Earth stud weld at suitable height i/c washer, spring washers and nuts. c) Cable support clamps suitable for 2 nos. of 2x 16 sqmm Cable. d) Hot dipped galvanized channel type bracket suitable for mounting upto 4 nos fixture lightings with nut bolt and suitable canopy. e) Drawing of pole and bracket shall be approved from the engineer incharge as per manufacturer before use at site. ( The rate is inclusive of rebate)

Providing and laying in position M 20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 500 mm long x 500 mm wide and 1500 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 12 mm dia 1650mm long (approx.) -8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia 1800 mm long (approx.)-10 Nos. (with 150 mm spacing) i/c supplying of 4 Nos. M-24 x 750 mm long (150 mm top threaded portion) GI foundation bolt (EN- 8 grade) with 3 Nos. nuts and 2 Nos. washer, bolt along with 2 Nos. templates/ Anchor plate of suitable size having 4 Nos. 26 mm dia holes to match with PCD of poles base plate with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 2 Nos suitable size DWC pipe for cable entry and exit as required (Drawing to be approved by Engineer in charge.) Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.. 3x1.5 sq. mm

Supplying of following size of XLPE insulated aluminium Conductor having stranded wire armourd power cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c making, connection testing etc. as reqd. 2 core 10 sq mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (DSR 2025) 63 mm dia (OD 63 mm & ID 51 mm nominal)

Supply, boring and laying of HDPE pipe (ISI) marked of the 90 mm OD size confirming to IS:4984 with pressure rating of 6KG/Sq.cm by trench less technology with no dig. Method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road with boring equipment i/c jointing, cleaning, rodding of pipe performing mandrel test providing suitable covers on mouth of pipes, excavation of pits of required size & depth and laying of cables in the pipe. etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPЕ power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (DSR-2025) Up to 35 sq. mm
