Supply of Battern mounted LED Luminaire suitable for operating on 230V 50 Hz AC supply Philips make 47 Watts BN308C LED 60S-6500 L 12O PSU WH including driver etc or its equivalent as per attached technical specifications as required.

Supply of LED Street Light fitting suitable for operating on 230V 50Hz AC Supply Crompton make 25 Watts LSTS -25-CDL-M including driver etc or its equivalent as per attached technical specifications as required.

Supplying following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required ( i/c the following RCCB and MCB’s) a) 4 way (MCB + RCCB+ 12), Double door b) 63A RCCB,100mA c) 63Amps , 4 pole MCB - 01 No. d) 10 A - 32A SP MCB "C " Series - 12 Nos.

Supply of following size of 1.1kv grade multistrand aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098 (part1)1988 with up to date amendments. 3.5 core × 35 Sq.mm.

SH II : Electrical Wiring, Laying of cables, End terminations, Earthing & ITC of Electrical Items & Misc. items etc.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. a) Group C

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. a) Group C

Wiring for circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 01 No. 10/6A & 20/10 A modular combined socket outlet and 01 No. SP modular switch 10 amps and 01 No. SP 20/10 amps modular switch connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size Gl box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providng and fixing 2 Nos. 3 pin 10 A modular socket outlets and 2 Nos. 10 A modular switches with neon indication, connection etc. as required for mobile charging.

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, 20mm GI watering pipe of 2.7 metre long and 40mm GI Pipe of 2.7metre long for supply and laying of 25 X 5mm thick copper strip with charcoal/ coke and salt etc., as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 8 SWG dia Copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing conduit/ surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing & Laying of 50mm dia 'B' class G.I pipe with GI fittings i/c Bituminous road cuttingexcavation, laying the G. I Pipe in depth of 30cm, re-filling with cement concrete 1:2:4 and making good the same etc., as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle).

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fittings of Philips make BN308C LED 60S-6500 L 12O PSU WH including driver etc , complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling/ false ceiling, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing,chain supports etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 25 watts LED street light fittings with suitable GI Pipe, complete with all accessories etc. directly on wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Dismantling,Shifting and Re - installation of 1.5 tan / 2 tan split A/C units including providing and fixing of copper pipe of suitable size, drain pipe, wires of 4C 4sq. mm copper flexible cable, and gas changing, testing and commissioning of AC units existing Duty free ware house to proposed Duty free ware house

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required

Supplying and drawing UTP CAT 6 computer LAN cable with Star Seperator solid annealed bare copper conductor, 4 pair unshielded twisted pair in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 3core 1 sq. mm. PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (Flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

SH:2 Fire Alarm System

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) 1 loop Modular Microprocessor based expandable intellegent Addressable Type Fire Alarm Control Panel of following loops, with minimum 320 character graphics / LCD display with touch screen or other keypad and minimum 4000 events history log in the non volatile memory (EPROM) ,The panel should be equiped with loop capacity to take minimum 240 intellegent addressable detectors/ devices (In any combination ) in one loop. Four access levels, capable of taking Protocol Devices, Graphical Display, sufficient numbers of programmable relay controls for controlling ventilation fan, fire pump room, monitoring of fire sprinkler and fire hydrant pump, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed maintenance free lead acid batteries sufficient for 2 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during an emergency / fault conditions along with battery stand as required. The panel shall have facility for seamless integration with PA system (For Giving triger Signal to Start pre-recorded Digital Voice Evacuation from PA system in case of fire ). The panel shall be compatible for Building Management System with open protocol BACNET / MODBUS etc. as per specification, complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) intelligent addressable multi criteria detector {Smoke + heat } with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base and with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc. as required and to be installed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space and as per enclosed specifications ,complete as required. (Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Intelligent addressable Control Module/ Relay Module (output module) with complete as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Intelligent addressable isolator module complete as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) loop powered addressable Hooter-cum- strobe with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with adjustable sound level in the range of min. 90 db to Max. 120 db at 1M distance complete with termination etc. as required and as per enclosed specification.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) intelligent addressable Manual call station (Resetable pull / push type) suitable for semi flush mounting, IP 54 for indoor use & IP 65 for outdoor use with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with double gang outlet box, equipment for key operated test-reset lock, electronic or rotary switches for address setting. Manual pull station shall be connected with two wire to SLC loop of Fire Control Panel. Cover shall be made out of LEXAN (or polycarbonate equivalent) with clear operating instruction and the word Fire appearing on the front complete with connections etc. as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Providing & Fixing of power supply for SMPS complete as required. (230/24v Dc)

Supplying & laying of 2 x 1.5 sqmm FRLS armoured cable, 600 / 1000V rated with annealed copper conductor as per applicable IS standared complete as required.
