1Annual preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical installations including compound illumination and signage boards as well as the operation of all DG sets at Malda Medical College & Hospital will be conducted round the clock in three shifts from 6 A.M. to 2 P.M., from 2 P.M. to 10 P.M. and from 10 P.M. to 6 A.M. (three shifts each day) according to the terms and conditions specified. The manpower deployment for each shift will be as follows: (A) Morning Shift (6 A.M. to 2 P.M.) : 2 Skilled staff, 2 semi-skilled staff and 2 unskilled staff. (B) Evening Shift (2 P.M. to 10 P.M.) : 2 skilled staff, 1 semi-skilled staff and 2 unskilled staff. (C) Night Shift (10 P.M. to 6 A.M.) : 1 skilled staff, 1 semi-skilled staff and 1 unskilled staff. This manpower has to be provided throughout the year including all Saturdays, Sundays and all Holidays.
