COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR AND CERTAIN MISC B/R WORK IN OTM ACCN IN ZONE B AND C AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (CENTRAL) KHADKI.

NOTE FOR ALL PAINITNG ITEMS :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor during execution of work :- (i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of materials (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit. (ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers/ bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer -In-Charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufacturers. (iii) Before applying cement base paint/weather proof acrylic emulsion paint contractor shall use the wire brush for the removal of loose paint, dust, algae, moss and filling of crack using crack sealent and cleaning of surface by spray jet. (iv) Application of cement base paint strictly done by spray/mechanical spray machine only, otherwise 30% cost shall be reecovered from the respective item. (v) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery.

NOTE FOR PLUMBING AND SANITARY ITEMS:- (i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of plumbing and sanitary wares materials required / covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit. (ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis. (iii) make specified in BOQ will supersede to all.

Material and labour for preparation of old plasterd or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound destemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces of any description plasterd or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound destemper, including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling surfaces of any description plasterd or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound destemper, including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- height upto 15 mtr

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot's , moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of weather proof primer including filling the cracks etc with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 Sqm / Ltr as per manufacture's instruction and all coats incl primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSIAllow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applyinbg one coat of synthetic enamel paint any tint all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted plaster surfaces of wall of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designed ceiling board tiles of approved texture at any height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction, including taking down wall/ceiling boards(fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness incl fillets complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair Steel rolling shutters, 1mm thick, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or nmanual type with bevel gear box and crank handle type, including dismantling,Thickness of laths in mm 1.0, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet and single side prelam PVC sheet used inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing, including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour non skid coloured digital ceramic tiles 300x300/400x400 mm x 6 to 7mm thick,in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic tiles size of tiles 450x350/300x200/300x600x5 to 6mm thick vertical surface such as in skirting/dado etc over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4, including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like over 15mm thick cement Screed base in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC High/Low level flushing cistern 10 litres capacity including all fittings i.e float valve, syphon, flushpipe, brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair,15 mm bore dia steel water tubings medium grade galvanised with and including all medium grade fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking down, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks capacity 1000 lit in white colour ( cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling and removing of old tank all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks capacity 500 lit in white colour ( cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling and removing of old tank all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated window sliding type (3 track) with frame size 100x35x1.2mm thick and shutter frame size 39.40x 17.70x1.2mm thick with and including two glass shutter and one mesh shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading screws with and including 4mm thick tinted float glass and 0.36mm dia apperture 1.4mm SS wire mesh and fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium louvered ventilators of section size 80mmx20mmx1.50mm including 5mm thick frosted glass fixed in half portion & adjustable type louvers in another half and stainless steel wire mesh fixed type on outside frame etc making to the jambs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for levelling/above sub base etc all as specified and directed

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets/fibre sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L-type or screws J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick fixed with L-type or screws J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix roof tiles, mangalore pattern, inter locking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser No 32 above except tiles

Supply and fix ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern of roofing tiles bedded and jointed in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles singles etc of any size including tiling fillets spaced exc 15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood clean sawn battens at 30 cm centre to centre and section area exceeding 15 and not exceeding 25 sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all per item No 36 above but except battens complete, fixing only

Dismantling timber framed work scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser No 38 above but in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 sq. cm in section.

Supply and fix for 2nd class hard wood timber framed and fixed clean sawn in scantling all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings in roof/velleygutter covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.63 mm galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting in ridges hips valley gutters drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) by using .63mm thick sheet grade of zinc coating @275 Gms/Sqm both sides and welded or soldered joints including necessary fittings and including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness (including Nainital or similar pattern) as in roof covering/vally gutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair mild steel, Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250 quality-A) Framed work as in doors or gates,roof structure of any size and section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging;as in gate including all necessary fitting, also fastening and fixing,including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt,old roof tiles,including taking down cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on existing concrete surfaces of roof in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement with and including water proofing treatment over RCC slab, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Water proofing compound paid separately

Material and labour for applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.3 kg/Sqm,over RCC slab, and providing and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and applying two coat of solar reflective aluminium paint on membrane surfaces @ 100ml/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
