M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on top of roof in CM 1:4 incl mixed with WPC(WPC shall be paid separately)

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm thick 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147

M&L for factory made Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed flush in cement mortar (1:3) including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:3 with integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, benches and water troughs etc. including necessary moulding complete all as specified & directed.
