Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/breaker)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimetres) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm(Ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts in ordinary rock and all kinds of soil including chiseling of hard rocks where blasting is prohibited including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. A recovery of useful stone for 227.60 cum (Two hundred seventy seven point six zero) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in Ist running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 metre (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 metre (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and all kinds of soil including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate in retaining wall, breast wall, walls of any thickness and like structures including the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110mm (One hundred ten millimetre) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² (four kilogramme ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment, wing walls and return walls complete as per drawings and technical specification of granular material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size in Drain, catch pit, toe walls, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 900 mm ( nine hundred millimetre) dia reinforced cement concrete pipe non-pressure NP3 class (medium duty) Reinforced cement concrete pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (one cement : two fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
