Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. As per MORTH Specification no 2100.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing and laying of compression seal joint consisting of steel armoured nosing at two edges of the joint gap suitably anchored to the deck concrete and a preformed chloroprene elastomer or closed cell foam joint sealer compressed and fixed into the joint gap with special adhesive binder to cater for a horizontal movement upto 40 mm and vertical movement of 3 mm. as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2600

PROTECTION WORK Flexible Apron :Construction of flexible apron 1 m thick comprising of loose stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg beyond curtain wall.complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2503.

Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2504

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications clause 2504.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from Borrow pit with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mannual means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per square metres on the prepared granuler surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher without sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastc compound 5 mm thick including refletorising glass beads @ 500 gram per sqm area thickness 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35:2015. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes
