Supply and fixing in repairs dual directional reflective speed breaker/rumble-strip plastic high impact resistant ABS body of size 275mmx150mmx32mm having six glass large 12mm dia reflector lenses to each side (12Nos on both sides) fixed with two steel zinc plated nails of 12mm and of length 200mm fixed to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector fixed with and including MS studs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs solar cat eye of aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shark 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as per manufacturer's instuctions and directed.

S&F in repairs 900mm dia convex mirror having 130 degree of viewing angle made out of polycarbonate material mounted on metal sheet body and frame work provided with suitable MS pipe post duly painted for road turning, intersections/curves/T-junctions and the like etc suitable for road side 1.2m high above ground level and embedded in PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 block of size 300mmx300mmx450mm complete all as per manufacturer's instuctions and directed.

S&F metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (150mmx150mmx300mm) complete all as per manufacturer's instuctions and directed.

S&F in repairs solar road delinator with 6 LEDs of red/yellow colour housed in plastic body with LEDs, solar cell, battery and light sensor well protected in polycarbonate sheet, device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage, equipped with solar system mounted over 47mm dia steel tube powder coated of length 1000mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground. Delinator to have additional reflective bands, equipped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge of 8-10 hours, including excavation in any strata and embedded in block of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 300mmx300mmx300mm complete all as per manufacturer's instuctions and directed.

M&L for mixed (gravels and sand) spread for berms filling including surface dressing of existing berm (consolidated thickness 75 mm) rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters width and girth as directed by Engr-in-charge, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out existing filling from contraction/ construction joints of runway/taxi track & dispersal area, 20 to 25mm deep and 10mm to 15mm wide including scrubbing of joint with diamond cutter to remove sticked sealing compound from sides of joints in totality and removal of rubbish, out off premises. Cleaning the surface of joint with brush and finally fanning with compressed air to make the joints free from all loose material (i.e. dirt/dust etc) and making good to true line and applying primer to sides & bottoms of joints and filling the joints with polyurethane material of approved make all as per manufacture's instructions, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out existing filling from expansion joints of runway/taxi track & dispersal area, 20 to 25mm deep and 20 to 25mm wide including scrubbing of joint with diamond cutter to remove sticked sealing compound from sides of joints in totality and removal of rubbish, out off premises. Cleaning the surface of joint with brush and finally fanning with compressed air to make the joints free from all loose material (i.e.. dirt/dust etc) and making good to true line and applying primer to sides & bottom of joints and filling the joints with polyurethane material of approved make all as per manufacture's instructions, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of grass/ vegetation/ hedges/ bushes and wild growth of any type/size/height by mechanical means, including removal of vegetation/rubbish to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete/ bituminous surface of helipad/disparsal area and applying one coat of water thinable road marking paints black in colour in circles and letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete/ bituminous surface of helipad/taxi track and applying one coat of water thinable road marking paints white or golden yellow colour in lines, dashes, arrows & letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for de-silting and cleaning of blocked storm water drain/nallaha and culvert etc by removal of mud, soil, aggregate, debris and removal to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing in low lying area etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:4, including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including removal of deberies out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 15 here-in-above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, haunching, benching, kerbs , mud stops, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggrigates) as in sub base of floors, pavement, path etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick, M-35 grade coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (Red/Yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 50mm thick sand filling under paver, properly levelled etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick, M-40 grade coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (Red/Yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 50mm thick sand filling under paver, properly levelled etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" mild steel angle iron framed work such as drain cover frames including necessary cutting, welding, drilling holes, bolting etc as required and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
