Manning & Operation of Mechanical Laundry plant equipments & Boilers comprising with under mentioned installations including its periodical maintenance i.e tightening and replacing the gland packing, greasing, oiling of pump and motors, to check electric connections, control panels with maint & minor repair of the following boiler distribution valves, water supply inlet/outlet and steam pipe line incl all steam inlet/outlet control valves and to check and inspect all steam boilers controls in two shifts i.e 0600hrs to 1400hrs & 1400hrs to 2200hrs by deploying 03 FGM/Technician per shift (i.e total 06 FGM / Technician) including saturday, sunday & holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) The installation shall comprising with NON IBR Steam Boiler of cap 600 Kgs/Hrs -03 Nos & 200 Kg per hours boiler -01 No as when reqd in two shift of -08 Hours each.

(b) Water Softner ION Exchange Type as line softner with Re generative Chemical -01 No.

(c) Control panel board for Non IBR Stream boiler - 03 Nos.

(d) Oil tank 1000 Ltr Cap - 02 Nos.

(e)Control valves off sizes 25/40/50/80 mm and Elect Driven Mechanical laundry plant including all connected eqpts of Make-Fabcare incl its periodical maint/servicing i.e tightening and replacing the gland packing, greasing, oiling of pump and motors, to check electric connections, control panels in a day for maint & minor repair of the following mech laundry plants, incl all inlet/outlet water supply, steam line, air line control valve & pipe lines of comprising with under mentioned mech laundry plant equipment:-

(r) All electric controls, incoming/ outgoing MCCB's / MCB's / DB's and VFD, PLC, Touch screen & Control digital microprocess system of mech laundry plant & boilers shall also be maintained & operated by the contractor.

Note: - FGM or Technician will also maintain log sheets/breakdown details register etc in Mechanical Laundary plants & contractor shall provide the log sheet and register or any other thing as required.

Manning & Operation of Commercial RO plants Cap-500 LPH including monitoring of pump sets, drinking water its periodical maintenance(comprising the components detailed below) ( including Sunday and holidays) i.e tightening and replacing the gland packing, greasing, oiling of pump and motors, to check electric connections, control panels with maint & minor repair of the following RO/ drinking, drain and RAW water distribution valves, water supply inlet/outlet and RO/Drain pipe line incl all inlet/outlet control valves and to check and inspect all commercial RO plant controls in two shifts i.e 0600hrs to 1400hrs & 1400hrs to 2200hrs by deploying 02 FGM/Technician per shift (i.e total 04 FGM / Technician) including saturday, sunday & holidays complete all as specified and as directed :-

(a) Commercial RO plant -02 Nos including maintaining of daily log sheet of RO plant operation and TDS and PH reading.

(b) Control panel board for RO PLANT- 02 Nos.

(c) Monoblock pumps-04 Nos.

(d) Indion new generation MULTI grade filter Model NGMF-20 -02 Nos.

(e) UV System and UPVC (interconnecting piping).

(f) Cartridge filter-5 micron-02 Nos.

Note: - FGM or Technician will also maintain log sheets/breakdown details register etc in Commercial RO plants & contractor shall provide the log sheet and register or any other thing as required.

Note for item Nos 1 & 2 here-in-before :- (i) The estimated cost of the work in respect of BOQ Sr iterm Nos 1 & 2 (as based on minimum wages rates issued vide central/state) is Rs 28,12,000.00 . If the quoted amount is found less than the estimated cost of Sr item Nos 1 & 2 of BOQ and tender of lowest bidder is considered for acceptance, then the lowest bidder shall have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting officer for the difference in estimated cost and Accepted amount in respect of BOQ Sr item Nos 1 & 2 within 30 days from date of acceptance. In case the said FDR is not submitted within 30 days the amount in question shall be recovered from contractor’s first RAR/Final bill whichever is earlier. However the FDR/recovered amount shall be released to the contractor after satisfactory completion of work. Attention is further invited added that when the amount of said recovery mentioned herein above is less than the amount of performance security as indicated under Clasue 02 on page 04 of CA and Clause 12 on page 11 of CA, no FDR is required to be submitted for quoting less rate against BOQ Srl Item No 01. However if the amount of performance security is less than the FDR to be submitted for less quoting rate, the difference of performance security amount and FDR amount(for less quoting rates) shall be deposited by the lowest bidder (whose tender is accepted) in the form of FDR for difference amount over and above performance security within 30 days from the date of Acceptance. (ii) One operator/technician shall perform only one shift of 08 hours in a day. If the same operator/technician found in other shift, a recovery of Rs 500/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (iii) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll and qualification of operator/technician within 15 days of acceptance of tender. After that penalty for a sum of Rs 500/- per shift per installation shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (iv) Contractor shall ensure attendance of all operator/technician in shift wise. If any operator/technician found absent from duty a sum of Rs 1000/- per shift per person shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. Any damage of loss on this account shall bear by the contractor.

(v) All operator/technician shall wear proper uniform, failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per shift per person shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (vi) The payment of contractor's employee shall be made through nationalized bank account of individual and the proof of transaction and the contractor shall submit the same with bank account pass book of individual within 15 days of acceptance otherwise a recovery shall be made a sum of Rs 200/- per shift per employee from the contractor's dues. (vii) Contractor shall submit the payment proof i.e passbook of bank account at the time of submission of RAR. (viii) Contractor shall arrange necessary reliver staff to run the installation in Sunday/Public Holiday etc. (ix) Sufficient T&P shall be arranged and kept in installation by the contractor. (x) Shift shall be of 08 hours starting from 0600 to 1400 hrs &1400 to 2200 hrs. (xi) Contractor shall be responsible for watch and ward of installation round the clock 24 hours and shall operate the installation in 3rd shift on required basis if any. Any loss of damage to the plant equipment installed and Govt. property in the E/M installation premises shall be made good / born by the Contractor. Rate quoted by the Contractor shall deemed to be included above aspect.

Supply only CALCIUM HYPO CHLORITE 65% to 70% (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment more stable than Chlorine Gas, and stronger than Bleaching Powder, and Sodium Hypochlorite) and contained appropriate quantities of dispersants/corrosion inhibitors to prevent encrustation/scaling in distribution system packed in 40/45 Kg Plastic Drums and contain complete all as specified and directed Make- Potter & Watts/ Declibec Technologics/BRIOZING. Note: Supplier or contractor must submit test certificate from the govt. certified labs/institute.

Supply and fixing in repair ductie iron fittings for pipe i.e. bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type ( straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socketetc) tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, collars, caps, plugs etc for spigot and socker/flanged ends suitable upto 150mm bore pipe, conforming to IS specification and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm Graded stone aggregate as in pedestal of pole slab, suppased on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs & Landings complete all as specifed and as directed

M & L for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, and back plates fabicated from strctrual steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size asindicated and inclusive of one coat of zinc cromate primer, one under coat & one finishing coat & good quality of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valve chamber (internal dimensions 1500MM X 1500MM X2000MM) in PCC 1:3:6 block mansonery built in Cement Mortar 1 : 4 with MS cover 3mm thick and locking arrangement including excavation and earth work PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation, PCC bed/caping in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B plastering 15mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) painting with one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of bituminous black paint on all steel surface valve chamber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm burried direcxtly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to and including GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washer etc made of GI and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 5 SSR Part I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with with CI frame, funnel, GI pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection and test point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI/CI/DI Pipes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
