PROVISION OF ARBORICLTURE AND ALLIED WORK SERVICES AT ICGS KARAIKKAL UNDER GE (I) (CG) CHENNAI

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread Moorum/red bajri filling in mounds mixed with antitermite liquid as per manufactures instructions laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread and levelled to the shape of mound and ramming including watering complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Stack measurements shall be considreded for payment.

Supply and spread dry gober manure mixed with requisite quantity of pesticides (01 parts of sand + 01 parts of manure/bio fertilizer + 02 parts of red loamy virgin garden soil) conductive for growth of grass tuff and filled along with the graden soil in alternative layers including watering, rolling / ramming the surface to the required slope / gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Stack measurements shall be considreded for payment.

Supply and fix chromium plated 32mm dia bore stop valve, cast copper alloy quarter trun disc type complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Leader/Zoloto.

Supply and fix chromium plated 25mm dia bore stop valve, cast copper alloy quarter trun disc type complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Leader/Zoloto.

Supply and lay CPVC pipes 32 mm outer dia with SDR and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay CPVC pipes 25 mm outer dia with SDR and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings laid in treaches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay CPVC pipes 20 mm outer dia with SDR and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings laid in treaches complete all as specified and as directed.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick laid dry on end at the required angle with old size bricks sub-class B bricks complete Note : The rate includes for embedding bricks in the ground depth as directed and tamping ground around bricks and also removing any surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and plant American/Korean Grass/ mexican grass/ Bermuda grass (Carpet Grass) with adequately developed roots by laying of grass turf of adequate size including replanting of dead grass, regular maintenance asuch as wetering, deweeding, mowing, rolling etc till the completion of Phase I work as per Gardening Practice in patches and watering etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
