M & L for water proofing treatment on non approachable / non accessible roof surface horizontal and vertical surfaces in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidized bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / sqm. (iii) Applying evenly tack coat of industrial bitumen 85 / 25 grade @ 1.2 Kg / sqm. (iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surfaces polymeric water proofing membrane, hyperplas standard weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer instruction. (v) Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm / sqm over and including a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85 / 25 @ 1.2 Kg / sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete. Note:- The polymeric water proofing membrane shall be extended upto parapet walls and inserted in walls by cutting groove and making good with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment / PCC padding / roof tiles etc including cement mortar of any description and disposal rubbish outside MD land and hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and direcetd

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in concrete surfaces, /on roof mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling AC/CGI (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc), as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantling 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with J or L type hook bolt complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 6mm thick Asbestos cement twopiece adjustable plain wing ridge fixed with Jor L type hook bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old sheet of 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etcfixed with J or L type hook bolt complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old sheet shall be used retrived form item No. 5 above

Demolition of brick work of any description built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches but excluding pre-cast articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size bricks (sub class 'B' bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13.00 but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in roof curb r mud stops ,coping benching and surface channel and for similar work including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Cleaning, removing all scale, dust, dirt and elgy using with wire/jute brush from inside of RCC/PVC tanks and connected pipe removing to a distance of not less than 250 mtrs , washing the tank/ pipe with bleaching power solution and finally applying 2% potassium permagnate solution for disinfection , including marking with black paint on white base on tank "Tank cleaned on _____Dt_____" . Capacity 500 Ltrs all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 18 above but capacity 1000 litrs

Taking down aluminium doors shutters only (areas exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.50 Sqm each) and dismantling all mambers and reassembling the same with and including new screws, new rubber gasket, new aluminium beads & cleats of existing make and also refixing the handles & mortice locks in existing position with and including new screws including refixing the doors shutters in same opening complete all as specified & Directed.

S & F 6 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed or laid/inserted to GI frame work as in ceiling fixed with screw in frame work as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and wall of cement concrete for inserting of rolled mild steel structural steel work and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required complete all as specified and directed.
