Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitreous China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to the existing flush tank including dismantling the internal parts, replacing washer if required and making it workable and leakproof all as per the directions of Engineer in charge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

Uprooting of plants,shrubs,small trees and cleaning all the debris, soil and unwanted items from walls,slabs, chajjas etc.including using concentrated acid for embeded and deep rooted stems & roots etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge (at all heights)for the entire ADMIN building .

Acid cleaning of WC and Bath ceramic/ glazed tiles in floor and dado using Concentrated Hydrochloric acid as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Grouting the joints of ceramic floor tiles with white cement and matching pigment (of approved quality) after throughly racking the joints and cleaning the floor as directed by Engineer incharge.

Taking out existing Aluminium door shutter, repairing and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges/pivots with necessary screws, etc. wherever required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes by removing deposited silt and other waste materials from drainage manholes and sewer lines including using chain,rodding with bamboo and flushing with water as directed.

Taking out existing PVC door shutter, repair by dismantling the styles and rails( wherever required), aligning of brackets and MS tube etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Cost of hinges to be paid separately)

Easening of Rolling shutter by application of grease/oil to bearings,( top cover to be removed and refixed if necessary)latch and side channels and adjusting laths wherever required for easy operation of shutter, all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Refixing of available Cuddapah stone tiles( thickness 25 to 40mm one side polished) on dummy column top with 20 mm thick base of Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) with side joints finished flush.

Providing and fixing PVC overhead tank opening covers of approved quality with lock and hinge arrangement.

Repairs to toilet brick walls by attending the following items: A) Breaking open the crack by dismantling loose plaster, and brick portions. B) Hacking the rear main wall portion with breaker/chistle etc for future bonding with toilet partition wall C) Filling the wide crack with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) including providing chicken mesh on both sides of the toilet wall. D)Providing 15 mm cement plaster in CM1:4( 1 cement: 4 Fine sand) to the repaired portion and subsequent wall putty finishing (1mm thick) for the plastered wall. Note: ( 1) Rate includes the cost of all material, labour, tools and other miscellaneous items required for carrying the job. Nothing extra shall be paid.Note: 2) The Rate is payable per each Partition wall repaired.

Making connections of new CPVC water supply lines to the existing Overhead PVC tank with required fittings/fixtures including disconnecting the old GI water supply lines all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. ( Rate per Overhead tank will be paid )
