Special repair to Building No P-8 (Arjun Marg) in the area of AGE E/M (North) under GE (North) Pune

The following work is urgently required for " Special repair to Building No P-8 (Arjun Marg) in the area of AGE E/M (North) under GE (North) Pune ". 1. M & L for point wiring complete complete with and including single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed flexible bright annealed multistaranded copper conductor cables 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30mm) 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including heavy grade PVC rigid conduits 20mm or higher dia as reqd at site totally concealed in walls / floors/ ceilings including all conduit accessories / fittings/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of heavy grade, ISI marked and sunken terminal boxes of factory made 16 SWG pressed steel housing , totally concealed in walls covered with modular white colour cover plate with inner frame suitable to modular switch and sockets, fan regulators etc. including 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30m) 1100 Volt grade FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaires/ fans etc. at one end and to common earth dolly at other end all as specified , directed for :- (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 6 Amps – 14 per point. (b) One wall mounted fan point controlled by one, one way switch 6 Amps – 06 per point. (c) One 5 pin socket outlet plug point, 6 Amps, controlled by one, switch on same board complete all as specified and as directed – 06 per point. 2. (a) Description all as per 1 here-in before but using 4 Sqmm single core copper conductor FRLSH cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade for one 5 /15 amps socket combination point including necessary running of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to common earth dolly. – 20 per point. (b) one 6 /16 amps socket combination outlet plug point, controlled by one switch on same board with cable size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. – 15 per point. 3. Supply and fixing Modular switch piano flush type, one way 5/ 6A, single module complete all as specified and as directed. – 26 per point.

4. Supply and fixing Modular socket outlet multipurpose, 5/6A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module, complete all as specified and as directed. – 06 each. 5. Supply and fixing Modular switch piano flush type, one way 15/16A, one module complete all as specified and as directed. – 35 each. 6. Supply and fixing Modular socket outlet multipurpose, 6A/16A - 3 pin 15/16 A, and 3 pin 5/6 Amps combined two module, complete all as specified and as directed. – 35 each. 7. Supply and fixing Recess-mounted, 12 Watt , COB based LED downlight with anodized reflector Make Jaquar Cat No - LERS05R012XW or equivalent complete all as directed by Engineer- in-charge. – 14 each. 8. M & L Lamp holder, PVC/ Polycarbonate type with back plate of brass terminal suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified and as directed. – 02 each. 9. Taking down ceiling fan fixed at any height and of any capacity along with connection cable connected to ceiling rose , dismantling blades of ceiling fan if required and transporting to deposit in EM store yard as directed by Eengnr-in- Charge. – 06 each. 10. Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 3 blade, ceiling fan complete with capacitor, canopy and down rod, making connections with provision of flexible wire 23/0.0076 twin core copper conductor from ceiling rose/coneector to fan complete all as specified & as directed ( BEE Star rated) Make Orient Electric Kiara Shine. – 06 each. 11. Supply and fixing wall mounted fan, 400 mm sweep, 3 blade, single phase, 3 No speed set, 1320 RPM motor speed, double string and making connections complete all as specified & as directed. Make- Bajaj or equivalent . – 06 each.

12. S & F submain wiring with 2 single core (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable, of 1.5 Sqmm and one single core 1.0 Sqmm flame retardent low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, flexible copper cable as earthing lead, all as per IS 694/1990 drawn through including concealed PVC conduit and conduit accessories heavy duty ISI marked after chasing in walls etc complete all as specified and as directed. – 55 RM. Note :- ( Two runs of 1.5 Sqmm copper wire, one run of 1.0 Sqmm earth wire cable & PVC conduit shall be measured together as one length). 13. M & L for submain wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm nominal area and drawing into concealed PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty conduit and its accessories (ISI marked) of suitable size after chasing in walls etc with two runs of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 6 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor along with submain wiring and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and as directed. – 65 RM. Note- Two run of 10 Sqmm, one run of 6 Sqmm cable and PVC conduit will be measured as one unit complete all as specified and as directed. 14. Taking down carefully unserviiceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed. – 14 Each Point. 15. S & F sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 Volts double door with magnetic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/ stone masonary etc and making good of disturbed surface to match the existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed. – 03 each.

16. Supply and fixing MCB single pole rated capacity 5 to 32 Amps 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed. – 21 each. 17. Supply and fixing MCB single pole and neutral rated capacity 5 to 32 Amps 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed – 03 each. 18. Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches and sockets ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc for reuse at site or carrying to store ( To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse). – 80 each. 19. Fixing only of ceiling rose obtained from item No 19 here-in- before at location as directed on new plastic square PVC box surface mounted for fixing ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed. – 46 each. 20. Taking down carefully unserviiceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed. – 14 per point.
