Item No. 1: Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed. Item No. 2 : Collection and supply of sand and gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel) of size 13mm to 38mm from approved quarry including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at work site up to a height of 1.00m including payment of forest royality etc.

Boring and Installation of Tube Well (Qnty. for 3 Pts)

Item No. 1 : Movement of drilling Rig , Tools & Plants, Accessories including drill pipes, casing pipes etc. to drilling site and back.

Item No. 2 : Boring of DTW of bore hole up to 450mm dia and up to a depth of 70 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required tools & Plants, materials & labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas ( means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsiolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS:2800 (part-1) of 1991. ( soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also include movement of rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000M)

Item No. 3 : Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 300mm PVC housing pipe for casing assembly of wall thickness of 11.2 mm to 14.5 mm including supply of well cap, sockets, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed.

Item No. 4 : Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

Item No. 5 : Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 6.5 mm to 8.5mm for casing assembly including supply of sockets, reducer etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

Item No. 6 : Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 7 : Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho-log / draw down data etc. as per IS : 11185 of 1999. ( For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra ) The following data should be reflected in the report of development 1. Static water level 2. Item No. 8 : Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed. Item No. 9 : Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. Item No. 10 : Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 150 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes ( HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Item No. 11 : Ftting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 150mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Item No. 12 : Ftting-fixing of MS / GI Tee with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at three end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing & specification as directed.

Item No. 13 : Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900m dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-band of size 200mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer fllowed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed.

Item No. 14 : Supply, Installattion, Testing & Commissioning of electric motor driven pump-set (20 HP / 2900 RPM) and assembly of KSB /KK/CALAMA/ LUBI make as approved by DPC, Irrigation suitable for discharge capacity of 0.0566 cumec at 20m head conforming to IS : 8034-2002 including supply of all materials required for the work like column pipe of required diameter up to 20.00 M lemgth ( as per IS : 1239 Part-II). The column pipes of 20.00 M ( approx) length should consist 6 Nos. of 3.0 M length & 1 No. 2.0 M length. Each column pipe should vahe both end threaded & one end socketed. Flat motor cable up to 50.00 M, 2 (two) pairs of assembly support MS clamp of size 150mm, 10 Nos. flat cable clamp, 1 (one) No. GI delivery bend of size 150mm x 900 , MS well cap of 316 mm x 100mm with provision to allow column pipe at centre, starter stand made of MS angle ISA 50x50 etc. in complete as directed. Apart from socketing the column pipe should be joined by making MS angle joint for 150mm dia column pipes with 3 (three) pairs of clamp made of MS angle of size ISA 50x50 to be welded on column pipe including supply of 3 (three) Nos. of nuts & bolts (HT) of size 16mm dia x 250mm L at site as directed. (The efficiency of the pump should not be below 75% of rated duty point).

Underground PVC Pipe Distribution System (Qnty. For 5 pts)

Item No. 1: Earth work in excavation of foundation of canal structures in all types of soil as per design and drawing dressing the foundation, shoring, etc. removing the surplus spoils by head load to a safe distance from the working place and depositing required spoils in uniform layers dressing, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10mm cube with compaction complete as directed at site (including bailing out stagnant water where necessary). Construction of Pump House (3 Units for 3 Points)

Item No.1 : Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps and septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.(A) Upto a depth of 2.00 m below the existing G.L.(a) In ordinary soil

Construction of 11 kV Line and 11kV/ 0.433 kV 25 kVA Electrical Substation:- (For 3 Pts.)

Item no.15:- Supplying and Erection of Metal Oxide gapless Lightning Arrestor of following specification on MS Channels with Clamps, Nuts & Bolts including drilling of holes and making of necessary connection with Line Conductors as directed. a) 9 kV, 10 kA with Polymer body

Item No.16:- Supplying and Erection of C.I. Earth Pipe 100 mm dia × 2.5 Metre long perpendicular to the ground including digging of Earth Pit, putting Salt and Charcoal in alternate layers surrounding the pipe along with fitting of hinged CI top cover plate and necessary CC work as directed.

Item No.17:- Supply including Erection of 4 Star ON-AN ( Oil Natural, Air Natural) Cooled Al / CU- wound Distribution Transportation conforming to IS specifications 2026 ( with latest amendments) with all standard accessories erected on duble pole structure / transformer pad including transportation and handling, loading and unloading etc., securing it on existing Channel firmly with necessary clamps, nuts & bolts as required and making necessary connections on HV and LV sides as directed. Item No.18:- Supplying, Laying and making connection of 6 SWG GI Earth Wire, making Earth connection to G.O., D.O., L.A., Transformer(body and neutral) and all metallic support with earth electrode as directed

Item No.19:- Supply & Erection of Anti Climbing Barbed Wire on Poles at a height of about 3 Metres and covering a length of 1.5 Metre as directed

Item No.20:- Supplying including erection of LT Feeder Panel for 25 kVA DTR (800mm × 1000mm × 400mm) made of 16 SWG CR sheet and 40mm × 40mm × 6mm MS angle having CR sheet roofing containing Cu Busbar and 1 no 63 A 415 V FP MCCB, making necessary connection through copper cable complete as directed.

(ii) Laying of PVC / XLPE insulated Armoured / Unarmoured LT power cable 1.1 kV Grade with Al conductor in existing open trench / in air including fixing with necessary clamps etc. in wall / pole / other support as required as directed.

b) From Feeder Panel to MLTSB at Pumphouse (i) Cost of Cable of size 35mm2 × 3.5 core

(ii) Laying of PVC / XLPE insulated Armoured / Unarmoured LT power cable 1.1 kV Grade with Al conductor in ground through rigid PVC pipes including digging of trench 0.75m deep including sand cushioning ( 7.5 Cm + 7.5 Cm) and refilling as required as directed.

Item No.22:- Providing Security fencing around the S/S with GI chain link net, woven with 10 SWG wire with mesh 7.5cm × 7.5cm to be erected on GI angle 40 mm x 40mm x 5mm, with necessary C C grouting, with a fencing height of 1.8 mtr, having a hinged door, fabricated with flat GI strip boundary and cross bracing, complete including supply of all materials, excavation refilling etc as reqd and as directed.

Item No.23:- Supplying and fitting fixing of H.T. danger plate complete as required and as directed by the department. (APWD SoR, 2013-14)

Item No.24:- Erection & commissioning LT Whole Current Electronic Energy Meter including making necessary payment to APDCL for Meter Cabinet, Meter Security etc as reqd and as directed.

Item No.25:- Testing and Commissioning of Substation alogwith obtaining necessary approval for charging from competent authority including payment for Inspection Fee, arranging for Test Report etc. as required for following kVA Capacity. a) Capacity : 25 kVA, 11 kV/0.433 kV

Item No.26:- Liasoning with APDCL, Forest Department, Electrical Enspectorate etc. right from start till Commissioning of the HT Line / Sub-station, preparation of all necessary documents like Agreement and Affidavit required for new Power Connection, obtaining No Objection Certificate from Forest Department where necessary complete all arrangement for charging th installation as required and as directed.

(i) Supplying & erection of Pipe Earth Station including supply of all materials with GI pipe of following size perforated all over the body with 12mm dia hole at standard spacing with necessary reducing socket ,locking arrangement with hinged cover plate, funnel, GI nuts and bolts etc. with necessary enclosure on the top including excavation and refilling as reqd and as directed. a) Earth Station with 40mm dia x 2.50m long GI Pipe
