The tenderer should be a manufacturer who Must have manufactured tested and Supplied the equipment(s) similar to the type Specified in the Schedule Requirements SUPPLY of 03 Tractor Trailer Work Done Certificate. for NON Micro and small Enterprises in any one of the last 3 Years,( 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26) it will be 02 Tractor Trailer Work Done Certificate. with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises of the quantity required in any one of the last 2 Years (2024-25 and 2025-26) The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs 40.50 Lakhs during the last 3 preceding financial years. lt will be Rs 20.25 Lakhs with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises during the last 2 preceding financial years ending on the relevant financial Years. Tenderer should submit company registration certificate and should hold the renewed valid license should be uploaded.

The bidder shall submit a notarized affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper stating that the bidder has not been blacklisted banned or debarred by any Government Department ULB, PSU, Board, Corporation, or Government Agency

The bidder shall have a functional service center within the State of Karnataka for timely support, maintenance, and emergency service assistance. Documentary proof of service center establishment shall be submitted along with the bid.
