Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Removing cement or cement lime mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish,complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete, brickwork,masonary etc., any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type, complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil ,complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all asspecified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate,in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate,in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces channels/ drain 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including forms, moulds, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from serial item No 17 here in before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm for forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc. complete.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete, M 25 Design Mix, in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like ,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No.21 Here-in-Before but except Bricks. Note:- Cleaned old Bricks obtained from Serial Item No. 2 Here-in-Before shall be re-used.

Materials and Labour for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in built in cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3,complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors,window cills, concrete railings,openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 10cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia., cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel works in chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc. and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel works,hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, rolled mild steel, Fe 410 W (Grade E- 250) Quality-A,in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, mild steel screw bolts (machine made), with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of shank 5 to 10 mm, length of bolt n. exc. 5 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only,chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type ,complete all as specified.

Supply Only,galvanised mild steel plain wire, 3.15 mm/ 4 mm dia., complete all as specified.

Fixing Only,chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provision of binding wire,complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (a) Supply of Galvanized steel wire chain link fencing,galvanised mild steel plain wire, Mild steel flat, Nuts; Bolts & Washers will be measured and paid separately.

Fixing Only in repairs,Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) ,complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) Each line of wire will be measured. (b) Supply of Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire, Mild Steel wire staples or steel pins, will be measured and paid separately.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floor/path, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor/hardstanding/ paving etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor/hardstanding/ paving etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match colour of tiles,in floors,over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Machine Pressed Precast Concrete Interlocking Paver Block ,with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade,laid on pavements, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying three coats of white wash to new plastered surfaces on walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of cement-based paint, white or tinted to old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of cement-based paint, white or tinted to new plastered surfaces on walls including priming with alkali resistant priming paint and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted brick,stone,concrete, asbestos cement or plastered surface of any description over 10cm girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new or previously untreated steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new or previously untreated steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of existing drain or channel by taking out deposited mud, silt, waste etc. form bed, including removing mud, silt, waste etc. to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.
