M & L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)
M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains for benching complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings,etc,with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spickes; framed guard bars; barried iron door;ladders;framed balustars; walk ways; railings; framed workof water tans and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing galvanised iron wire using hot dip technology electrogalvanised coating chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75mm X 75mm having minimum dia of wire 3 mm conforming to IS 2712-2003 having a tensile strength of 400 to 500 MPa. The mesh wire and line wire of the fabric shall be manufactured from ISI marked (Make- TATA wireon) galvanized steel conforming to IS-280:2006 (4th Rivision). The kunckled ends should be atleast 50% of the size of square mesh. The wires used in fencing should be long lasting and resistance to corrosion and testing criteria fulfill the requirement as per IS 1161:1998 complete all as specified and directed.
S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc using Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.
S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment using Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified.
S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made)with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screw other .and each screw end to be fixed with washers and nut exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm long with 5 -10 mm neck diameter of bolt complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated of any profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified up to anyheight including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified any height Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, pre-polished any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M- 35 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 ,for PCC (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate used as in sub base, sub floor/pavings and finishing cement concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4 )and finish fair and even complete all as specified and directed.
Preparing new surfaces of walls plastered and applying with 03 coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified.
Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
M& L for preparation of painting of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth over a coat of primer using red oxide and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.
M & L for fixing PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm bore diameter single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.
S&F Turbo ventilator SS built with vane thickness 0.9mm with ball bearings, turbine dia 760mm with bottom ring dia 600mm, FRP base plate 2mm thick clear 1.02 mtr wide and 1.65m long matching the profile of existing sheet, weight approx 8.0 Kg complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.
