M&L for General Servicing of DG sets upto 62.5 KVA , at run of 500 hours or 5 months which ever comes first (twice in Contract period based on condition ) comprising of following jobs i/c Transportation, Labour charges & minor material required for servicing etc. as reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Cleaning & greasing of the parts. (ii) Tappet setting as per standard (iii) Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments. (iv) Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps. (v) Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring. (vi) Self & Charging Alternator cleaning and testing, checking of working & minor fault removal. (vii) Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine. (viii) Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut off method.

All as Item No. 01 Above but DG set 75 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair / replace of Air cleaner elements inner and outer for DG sets upto 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Dismantling the radiator and fan from the engine for cleaning of copper tubes and cooling fins by descaling solution and using air compressor ,soldering on leakage, patch work and re-assembling the radiator and fitted with DG set properly including replacement of radiator hose pipe with clamps and bolt/nut with washer , leak check and pressure testing including transporting to repair workshop and bringing back for upto 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 10 but capacity from 75 KVA upto 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Water Pump of Radiator suitable for DG set Radiator up to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair of Battary Charger 12V DC, 5 Amp of Autocut Electrical Battery Charger Unit SMPS with Constant Voltage Output with Battery Charging Transformer and Moulded Rectifier Unit etc suitable for smoothing functioning of DG set as required on site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 23 but capacity Battary Charger 24V DC, 10 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only distil water for top up in Batteries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only electrolyte battery solution (Dilute sulphuric acid have specific gravity 1210 degree) in 10 litrs sealed gallon packing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only filling Premixed coolent complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling in sump/topping up engine oil, multi grade 20w40 in engine or relpacement of engine oil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of self starter of DG set capacity 12 Volts including transporting upto workshop to carry out necessary replacement of burnt copper winding with new copper winding/ coil of existing gauge from rotor and stator coil, cleaning of slots, dryings varnishing and proper insulating to winding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
