Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC blocks) for masonry fixed with Ready Mix Jointing Mortar complete all as specified and as directed Makes/brands of Ready Mix Jointing Mortar shall be “Speed Dry Mix”/ “DUBOND”/ “MAGIC BOND”/ BUILDWELL”. Makes/Manufacturers of AAC blocks :AEROCON/Ecolite/ ISI marked Grade I as approved by GE.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for except brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sr. item No.5 above but except stone

Extra for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to random rubble walling,uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 all as specified.

Taking down cement mortar/plastering on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, incl removing of surbs vegetation for up to working space etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick as in External plaster with ready mix plaster on brick or concrete or stone masonry or AAC block masonry surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
