Conceptualising and designing the Pavilion on the occasion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2022 & fabrication of the exteriors, interiors, seating arrangement for VVIPs, theme depiction in designated space (available area: 35.00 M X 8.70 M) and decoration of the Theme Pavilion at western side of Red Road on the occasion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2022 to be held at Red Road, Kolkata on 08.10.2022. The work involves conceiving the idea and designing the Theme Pavilion as per the provided theme and execution thereafter on the basis of approved design for fabrication of the exteriors, interiors, theme depiction in designated space and decoration of the Theme Pavilion. The work also involves: 1. Floral Decoration & landscaping along with decorative Alpana in front of theme pavilion as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer–in–charge. 2. Special lighting in theme pavilion as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer–in–charge. 3. Commissioning of pavilion LED Screen 4. All materials/ components to be used in theme pavilion will be treated with fire retardant chemical before erection complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer–in–charge. N.B: Theme should be in conformity with DURGAPUJA with the prominence of Govt. Flagsheep Program. Projection of BISWA BANGLA & State of West Bengal should have to be incorporated within the theme. The theme will be approved by the competent authority of the Department/ Govt. The rate should be inclusive of taxes and all incidental charges. Complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC
Hire & labour charges for erection of temporary structure [overall size: 6000 mm (Height) X 8000 mm (Span) X 3500 mm (Width)] made with pre-fabricated hardened aluminium alloy members having weldability and high proof stress (around 250 Mpa), high tensile strength (around 310 Mpa) & high sheer strength (around 250 Mpa) and having base made of steel structure assembled with necessary nuts & bolts and bracing for commissioning LED screen of 24' length & 10' height in hydraulic lifting arrangement along Red Road complete in all respect as per the satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge on the occasion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2022 The rate should be inclusive of taxes and all incidental charges. Complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC
