Taking out old unserviceable water closet (squatt pattern) and S & F Vitreous China, Squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm, white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) with Vitreous China ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe , including PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for fixing of WC and making good the floor to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old wooden plate rack and S&F stainless steel plate rack made of 0.50mm thick of over all size 920mm x 785 mm x 255 mm and weight not less than 7.00 Kg each of approved quality complete all as specified and directed..

S & F Flush shutters 30mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both side and both faces is covered with approved pattern with Decorative coloured laminate type 1 of 0.9 mm thick and all around side faces covered with 10mm thick 1st class hard wood liping duly polished complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for factory made Second class hardwood glazed and skeleton door shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete all as specified and directed. Size of members of shutter shall be as specified in SSR 2009 Part-I, section 8 clause Member shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 & chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of RCC /stone patti roof surface finished fair & even without using extra cement even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roof surfaces with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced, weight not less than 3 Kg /SQM and thickness of membrane not less than 3mm thick having thermal insulation with white mineral/gravel finish on upper side of membrane uniformly embedded during manufacturing process laid in following sequence complete all as specified and directed. (a) Applying 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and incl water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on cleaned roof surface. After properly curing of the plaster, the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for 7 days for any seepage / leakage etc if any seepage is observed the recification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqm using cement based cement grout. After the roof surface is repaired the slab/roof will be again tested for water tightness against before processing further treatment. (b) Properly cleaning and drying of the plastered roof surfaces, parapets, gutters, drain mouths, etc for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting. Proper grooves shall be cut around CI drain outlets /pipes /chimney pipes and other similar situations to tuck in the treatment.

(c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm on the prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (d) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100mm overlap in transverse direction sealed and bounded to the surface by torch application method. (e) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. A fillet of PCC 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is change of direction. (f) Topping will be done with precast machine pressed 20-22mm thick PCC tiles (using gray cement) of size 250 x 250 mm or 300 x 300 mm , conforming to IS-1237 (hydraulically pressed), laid over 15 mm thick cement mortar screed in CM (1:4), set & jointed in neat cement, joints of tiles shall be 2-3mm wide and grouted with chemical ‘Tile Grout” of M/s Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by GE. NOTE :- (i) Work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacture. Necessary documentary evidence in support of the authorised applicatior will be submitted to GE before the commencement of water proofing work. (ii) The quoted rates is deemed to include for the cost of scaffolding, T &P, etc required for execution of the work.

M&L for coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate at junction of roof & parapet wall and other vertical surfaces and surface painted with a hot paving bitumen grade 30/40 conforming to IS-73 @0.70 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr Sqm complete all as specified and directed
