Note : Servicing of VCB, Compact Sub Station, ACBs and Switch air break gang operator shall be executed through authorised dealers / Engineers nominated by OEM. Service report / Test Certificate in this regard shall be produced to GE’s Office before RAR payment.

Dismantling existing old unserviceable service cables of any run ,any size from pole to building and panel to panel & making good the disturbed surface and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying cables, pipes, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in repairs Double Wall Corrugated High density polymer Ethyl pipe PN8 (SDR 17 ) of size 63 mm outer dia with ISI Mark confirming to IS 14930-2001 laid in trenches /floors & fixed on wall/ pole with and including necessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc for laying of electric cables, complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for Conducting transformer oil filtration by stream line type filter machine to improve the Break Down Value (BDV) not less than 40KV and de-moisturising by heating up to the required level to achieve the required di-electric strength of transformer oil including taking down old oil and taken as credit completeall as specified and as directed.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil with correct di-electric strength including taking down old oil and taken as credit completeall as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Servicing of 11 KV Vacuum ciruitbreaker (VCB) fixed type (Non -Drawn out) in a suitable way by servicing the breaker mechanism, cleaning thoroughly inside and outside, checking the breaker operations, checking the healthiness of pole by meggering, checking the operation of various limit switches, checking the operation of the racking mechanism, adjusting the various mechanism settings, lubricating the interlocks, and racking mechanism including necessary testing of the unit complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)Servicing of VCB shall be done by authorised service engineer nominated by OEM .(ii)Service cerfiticate and other test certificates shall be produced by the contractor before claming RAR payment from GEs office

The servicing of the VCB shall also include the following:- (a) Inspection and cleaning the mechanism house (b) Operation of door interlock, interlocking plate and shutter operation inside the panel (c) Checking the mechanical On/Off function (d) Re-Greasing and oiling of breaker mechanism, checking contact tightness, contact erosion pins, manual vacuum checking of VCB (e) Carrying out Megger test (f) Checking the function of closing coil, trip coil, auxillary contact, limit switches, wiring of the meters etc.

Material and labour for Servicing of 11 KV Compact Sub Station ,checking of breaker in an suitable way by servicing the breaker mechanism ,cleaning throughly inside and outside lubricating the mechanism ,adjusting the required various mechanism setting ,checking & lubricating the various interlocks, checking the breakers operations, checking the healthiness of pole by meggering ,lubricating racking the mechanism , checking the operation of various limit switches checking the operation of the breaker & racking mechanism , checking & servicing of transformer and LT Panel boardcomplete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)Servicing & Testing of Compact Sub Station shall be done by authorised service engineer nominated by OEM .(ii)Service cerfiticate and other test certificates shall be produced by the contractor before claming RAR payment from GEs office

Material and labour for removing of existing Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) of capacity upto 1600 Amps, 415 volts, 3 phase including servicing, overhauling, checking of all hardware, safety controls, operating mechanism, cleaning of all contacts, replacing of defective loading springs, latches, breaking knob etc, re-fixing the unit in same location including connecting up and testing complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i)Servicing & Testing of Air circuit Breaker shall be done by authorised service engineer nominated by OEM .(ii)Service cerfiticate and other test certificates shall be produced by the contractor before claming RAR payment from GEs office

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of street light steel poles of any size/ 09 to 12 meter height and applying with two coats of aluminium paint complete, all as specified and as directed.
