REPAIR/ REWINDING AND MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER APPLIANCES INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF WORN OUT ACCESSORIES OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN ,PEDESTAL FAN, AIR CIRCULATOR AND GEYSER AT MIL STN AGARLALA

Taking down ceiling fans/ of any size and kept in store for repair/replacement of worn out parts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down,exhaust fans, wall mounting fans, pedestal fan/table fan any sweep and size and kept in store for repair/replacement of worn out parts complete all as specified and directed.

DIsmantle the ceiling fans,exhaust fans, wall mounting fans, pedestal fan/table fan any sweep and size for inspection of serviceability for annual painting/maintenance/servicing by oiling, greasing replacement of condenser, ball bearing/bushes as required at site of the fan and including spray painting with of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and keep take site of u/s fan for carried out repair at workshop and reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE (a) New parts i.e. condensor ball bearing/bushes/new flexible wire shall be measured and paid separately under "Supply only" rates here-in-after. (b) Minor parts, if any, not mentioned in the schedule but required for smooth functioning of fans are deemed to be included in the rate of the item.) (c) spray paintingof fan with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shall be measured and paid separately

Hanging/refixing ceiling fans of any size after repair/replacement of worn out parts complete all as specified and directed.

Hanging/refixing exhaust fans, wall mounting fans, pedestal fan/table fan any sweep and size after repair/replacement of worn out parts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out burnt winding from the under mentioned fans of any sweep, make and size, cleaning of slots, providing new insulation within slots and winding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge not less than the weight mentioned under concerned items including heat varnishing, backing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep (Super enamelled copper wire not less than 340gm)

(c) Exhaust fan of 380mm sweep (Super enamelled copper wire not less than 320gm)

(d) Exhaust fan of 300mm sweep (Super enamelled copper wire not less than 280gm)

(e) Air circulator fan of 400mm sweep (Super enamelled copper wire not less than 520gm)

(f) Air circulator fan of 610mm sweep (Super enamelled copper wire not less than 850gm)

(g) Pedestal fan of 400 mm sweep (Super enamelled copper wire not less than 350gm)

(h) Table fan of 300 mm sweep (Super enamelled copper wire not less than 280gm)

Supply only ball bearing of the following sizes :

Supply only gun metal bush of appropriate sizes.

Supply only condenser 2.5 mfd

Supply condenser clamp.

Supply only PVC ceiling fan canopy (set of two).

Supply only rubber bush for ceiling fan.

Supply only ceiling fan hanging clamp made of mild steel sheet with bolts, nuts, washers and safety pin.

Supply only PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor flexible twin core of size 40/0.0076

M&L for painting of ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete with blade and down rod after rewinding the motor with one coats of synthetic enamel paint, white, by spraying including filling cavities with filler after scrubbing down all paying using emery paper, claiming washing etc. and writing MES No. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but exhaust fan 380/300mm sweep complete with blade & bracket etc.

All as per item No 15 above but wall mounting/pedestal fan/table fan complete with blade and jalli frame etc complete

All as per item No 15 above but air circulator fan of 400/610mm sweep complete with blade, bracket & Jalli etc.

Supply & fix three pin top 15 Amp AC 230V complete all as pe specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable geysers of any capacity and make from each location by disconnecting and sealing all electrical and water lines for annual maintenance /servicing. Overhauling, dismantling the same for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts, including brazing to inner tank, cleaning, taking out sludge from inner tank and washing with cleaning solution and reassembling and refixing the same in each original location/ position, connecting all electrical and water connections including provn of 2.5 Sqmm 3 core sheathed multi-stranded copper conductor flexible cable from connector block to geyser and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE (a) New parts shall be measured and paid separately under "Supply only" rates here-in-after. (b) Minor parts, if any, not mentioned in the schedule but required for smooth functioning of geysers are deemed to be included in the rate of the item.)

Supply only PVC inlet pipe and out let pipe, 15mm bore, 450 long including both end check /end nuts and washers.

Supply only heating element of any type 1500 Watts.

Supply only heating element of any type 2000 Watts.

Supply only thermostat of any type suitable for 50/35/25 ltrs capacity geyser.

Supply only internal assembly complete with packing ring, bolts, nuts & washers suitable for 35/25 ltrs capacity geyser.

Supply only thermal cut off ISI marked suitable for 35/25 ltrs capacity geyser.

Supply only fusible plug made of brass having lead alloy fuse suitable for 35/25 ltrs capacity geyser.

M & L for painting geyser of capacity 35/25 ltrs complete, in situ, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, white, by spraying including filling cavities with filler, denting after scrubbing down old paint using emery paper, cleaning, washing etc. and writing MES No complete all as specified and directed.

supply and Fixing Medium grade galvanised pipe of 50 mm bore GI pipe for hanging of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
