MTPS I Civil Circle - Up keeping of New I.B and Old I.B by Cleaning of toilets, sweeping the road all round New Inspection Bungalow, sweeping, cobweb cleaning and mopping inside of all suits of IB and annexure building and maintenance of gardens

Cleaning of cobwebs in all suits of New I.B and annxure building monthly twice walls and ceilings and disposal of debris away from the site as directed by the department engineer at site including the cost of cobweb stick and brooms, dust bin, leads, lifts, labour charges,all safety appliances etc., complete.

Sweeping all the floors inside of all suits of New IB and annexure building, road around New IB, daily including cost of brooms stick, bamboo basket,mortar pan, dut bin all leads, lifts, labour charges, all safety appliances, etc., complete.

Mopping the inside of all suits of New IB and Annexure building daily including cost of all labour Mopping stick, Dungry cloth, lizol, phenoil, Rooms spray and consumables etc., complete as per direction of Engineer in charge at site.

Upkeeping of toilets by cleaning water closets, urinals, wash basins, side walls etc., by applying detergents such as phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, cleaning stainer etc., (for two times cleaning per toilet per day) as directed by the engineer at site including cost of all materials, such as brooms bucket, mugs, cleaning brush etc., all labour charges, leads, lifts etc., complete but excluding the cost of phenoil, bleaching powder and water which will be supplied by the department at free of cost other cleaning and disposal works as directed by the department engineer at site if necessary.

Trimming of Korean lawn one time during the contract period by using Electric Grass mover as directed by the Engineer at site including hire charges for Electric Grass mover, labour charges for trimming the lawn by using Electric Grass mover,all safety appliances, all lead & lift, etc, complete.

Trimming of Border plants one time during the contract period by using Scissors to the required shape, size and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of hire charges for all materials, all labour charges for trimming, all lead , lift, all safety appliances, transporting charges, disposing of debris away from the site etc, Complete.

Applying of pesticides over the Korean lawn as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, all labour charges, lead , lift, hire charges for hand sprayer, required safety appliances etc, Complete.

Applying of fertilizers and manure over the lawn ,border plants and flowering plants including loosening the earth around flowering plants and border plants and providing fertilizer, manure and trimming the border and flowering plants etc., as directed by the department engineer at site including cost of all materials, all labour charges, hire charges for sprayer, transporting charges, all lead , lift etc, Complete.

Maintenance of Garden area including removal of weeds in the Garden , watering to the korean grass, border plants, flower plants and other plants samplings and turf area and sweeping of pathway and removing the dry leaves from the garden to nearby dust bins daily as directed by the department engineer at site including the cost of all materials, safety appliances need for this work, labour charges, etc., complete.
