COMPERHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 1 MW SOLAR AT AFS YELAHANKA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil upto a depth of 30 cm after riddling of excavated soil (in lieu of sand) for cushioning of cable and refilling of trenches with left over normal excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 with peak, size250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surface finished smooth and even complete all of specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as directed .

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as directed.
