Attending repairs to the compound wall on the south-east side by careful removal of damaged portions, disposal of waste debris and construction of brick masonry wall using bricks of size 8 3/4"x4 1/1"x2 3/4" in lime mortar (1:2) including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
Plastering the newly constructed brick masonry wall with lime mortar (1:2), 20mm thick on the south-east side including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
Removing the damaged plastering of the compound wall, disposal of waste debris and re-plastering the same with lime mortar (1:2), 20mm thick on east side including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
Applying two coats of best quality weather shield exterior paint to the newly plastered surface on the east side and south-east side after thorough cleaning including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
Supply of new granite kerb stone edges of size 1.00x0.30x0.10m for the side of apron around the temple with neatly dressed and cutting the top corner including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
Earthwork excavation of 30cm depth and 20cm width in hard soil for laying Brick jelly concrete including necessary lead and lift for conveying the earth to a far off place from the monument including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
Laying Brick jelly concrete of 10cm depth and 20cm width in pure lime mortar (1:2), using 20mm Brick Jelly aggregate with proper compaction, curing including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
Fixing of kerb stones along the new apron/pathway set in Lime mortar (1:2) with proper setting, curing, pointing including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
Carefully dismantling the dead old weathered plaster, cleaning the surface and re-plastering with hand grinded lime mortar (1:2) after erecting necessary scaffolding including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials. Painting the newly plastered interior and exterior walls with two coats of emulsion paint of approved colour including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials. Carefully dismantling and removing the damaged/dead weathering course, bringing the debris from the terrace to the ground floor and disposing outside of the monument after erecting necessary scaffolding including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials. Water tightening the terrace by providing brick jelly concrete to an average depth of 25cm in lime mortar (1:2) using 20mm brick jelly aggregate with proper compaction, curing with necessary camber over which laying two course of flat tiles of size 15x15x1.20cm set in lime mortar(1:2) and 20mm thick top plastering with lime mortar(1:2) including cost, conveyance of materials, loading, un-loading charges, labour charges, all applicable taxes as directed by the department officials.(for Muktheswara temple on Western side of the Monument)
Laying of new granite stone flooring/ Apron with neatly dressed granite stone slabs of size 0.60x0.90m of 75 to 100mm thick after neatly dressing the top, cutting the sides, over a bed of brick jelly concrete of 10cm thick in lime mortar (1:2) including proper earthwork as per site condition with proper compaction, curing and pointing the joints with same mortar including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials. Applying paint to the entrance mesh gate with ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour including cost, conveyance of materials, loading and un-loading charges, labour charges and all other applicable taxes etc., as directed by the department officials.
