Overhauling/servicing of 10 KVA DG Sets, turbochargers, self starter motor, rectfication of oil leakage from turbocharger, refilling new oil as per IS standard and testing complete, cleaning, removing sediments/foriegn particles from the complete oil circulation system, refixing, incl replacing oil sump gasket, filter all (oil filter, air filter and testing for fuel pipeline PVC connection with new highly transperent PVC flexible pipes of suitable diameter, painting of outer surfaces of fuel tank, Check, clean, adjust/tighten, grease and set for proper functioning of valve 'V' belts, pulleys, Fan hub, idler, water pump, filters, engine cylinder head incl decarbonising electrical wirings all bolts, nuts and washers vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbons brushes vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbon brushes, springs, AVR's, exhaust pipes etc of DG Sets, complete DG set shall be tested after fixing all items on load as per directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including the following: -

i) Fuel Pump service

ii) Fuel injector service

iii) Self starter repair

iv) Engine oil filling - 7.5 Ltrs

v) Air filter replacement - 1 No.

vi) Diesel Filter replacement - 1 No.

vii) Mobil filter replacement - 1 No.

viii) Coolent filling - 4 Litre

ix) Battery replacement 80 AH Black - 1 No.

M&L for removing US absestos rope and S/F new absestos rope 12mm dia wound spirally around exhaust pipe of DG sets all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing AVR and replaced with new AVR of same capacity/model/type incl connecting up and testing and battery charger assembly: - (a) 62.5/50 KVA capacity

(b) 10 KVA capacity

Rep/Maintenance and complete overhauling of AMF panel of DG set upto 62.5 KVA and supply in repair Micro controller based AMF relay unit (GCU) complete with all accessories including new follwoing items supply, disconnecting the existing unserviceable three phase unit and existing connections and re-fixing the connections to the new unit, testing and setting the timing, voltages low oil temp, low battery, engine fail to start etc, making the AMF panel tuned with the D.G. set, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including the following: - 1. battery charger change 2. timer change control DG set on-off. 3. contactor change

S&F in repair Power Contactor 4P 125 A, with NO NC contacts for AMF panel upto 62.5 KVA including disconnecting the existing unserviceable contactor and connecting the new unit, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Power Contactor 4P 63A, with NO NC contacts for AMF panel upto 50 KVA including disconnecting the existing unserviceable contactor and connecting the new unit, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type 100 Amp with breaking capacity 16KA, Ics = 100% of Icu, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16KA, Ics = 100% of Icu, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for contactor 40 Amp, 4 Pole with NO/NC relay along with wire for connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F LED street light fitting 90 watt 230 volt AC, toughned glass, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, complete IP 65/66 protection complete including taking down old/unserviceable light fittings.

S&F LED flood light fitting 170 watt 230 volt AC, toughned glass, outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete including taking down old/unserviceable light fittings.

Supply and fixing in repair BIS certified silicon gel potted driver for security light LED fitting 45/72 W of any company, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PCB for security light LED fitting 45/72 W of any company, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair driver for post top LED light fitting 40 W, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly 20 mm dia complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: excavation and concrete shall be measured separately)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25x4mm, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 32 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 15 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’

All as per item No 19 above but GI wire size 4mm dia as earth lead and 15 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but using copper plate 60x60cmx3.15 mm thick electrode and 20x3 copper strip as earthing lead and 25 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe.

Supply & Fixing Heavy duty Battery Charger suitable for fully charging of 180 AH, 12 Volt battery within minimum 3 hrs adjustable output DC Voltage from 06 Volt to 24 Volts and adjustable Charging current from 06 to 15 Amp, including connecting leads as per site requirment, all as specifed and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for insulation mat of 12.5 mm thickness, chequered type suitable for 1100 volts grade, size 1 mtr x 2 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in wall electric shock treatment chart standard size made out of plastic based paper instructions written in language Hindi and English duly framed with glass cover and two nos clamps for hanging arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in wall "DO AND DO NOT" chart for electric installation made out of plastic based paper instruction written in language Hindi and English with glass cover and two nos clamps for hanging arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix copper strip 20mmx3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed to extend earthing from pit to building wall.

Repair/replacement for brazing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 25mm X 3mm, aluminum strip/earth lead, in any position including jointing by existing tinned copper/brass nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Each joint shall be considered for measurement purpose. (ii) Existing nut bolts & washers shall be reused for jointing of strips. (iii) Brazing shall be done with gas welding using brass electrode.

S&F 40 mm dia GI tubing with all fittings, light grade for protection of strip passing across the road, wall, under floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing of existing damaged earthing pit and extention height of the above ground level 9'', construction of brick masonary earthing pit chamber connectivity of earthing to earthing pit and earthing concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 including earth work as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of earthing pit cover slab in RCC 1:2:4, set in CM (1:4), reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 12mm dia MS round bars, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Lightning arresters suitable for 11000 Volts, non-linear type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric under ground cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking out old unserviceable cable from tenches/pole etc.

All as per item No 32 above but of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Excavation In trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cables/pipes, erection of poles, stays, cable fault detection etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ surplus soil and depositing where directed at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr. from starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay / spread in trenches, River sand, clean including spreading, levelling, punning for laying/cushioning of cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L well burnt sub class “B” bricks laid flat breadth wise along the length of cable for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preperation of surfaces, by scrubbing with wire brushes, emery papers etc., from all metalic surfaces of MS tubular LT electric poles, any type/model, not more than 7.5 mtr. long above ground level, including cross arms, clamps etc., any size, on the same pole applying one coat of aluminium paint on pole, cross arms, clamps, GI pipes brackets etc., including writing of pole number etc. by paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable Steel tubular pole 9.00 metre long and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9.0mtr long complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 in true vertical position, including providing blue and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with blue strip including shifting of existing conductor, D clamps and other items from old pole to new pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separtely)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc, compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation all as specified.

M&L for Rejuvinating of Old chemical earthing system complete with 30 Kg NABL LAB certified back fill chemical compound for filling bore holes/container with min 6 Kg of Hygroscopic Gel including excavating the existing chemical earthing, removing the Copper Electrode, filling with new back fill compound complete to obtain 2.0 ohms earth resistance value. The scope include Iron frame of size 20x20mm fixed with hinged with Pit cover of 300mmX300mm made of Cast Iron as per company standard shall be as recommended by manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Payment shall be made only after satisfactory testing to the entire satisfaction of GE. The contractor has to make alternate earthing in case test result not found satisfactory without extra cost to the Govt. quoted rates shall be deemed to included this provision.

Repair to plate/rod earthing pit with PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate with necessary form work, renewal of pit cover, clamps, funnel including excavation, clearing of sorroundings etc, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Tripod Earthing (3 Set earthing inter connected to 1 set) maintenance free Earthing Solutions comprising with the following: - - Supply and fixing after digging bore of suitable size the CPRI tested and UL certified maintenance free earthing system having a set of copper bonded Earth Rod of 3 meter length, 17.2 mm dia made of high tensile low steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.90% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with exothermally jointed copper bus bar of 200X25X6mm for long lasting and connection. Earth Copper bonded rod & exothermically jointed bus bar should be CPRI tested on 25KA fault current complete all as specified and directed by engg-in-charge for complete connections. - Qty 3 Nos. - Earth Copper bonded Electrode should be tested by CPRI - Current carrying capacity of Earth Copper bonded Electrode is 25KA/Sec.

Item 48.00 Contd..... - Supply and filling of carbon based, eco friendly earth enhancing compound of RHOS tested compound tested by NABL accredited Lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 and having passed leaching, sulphur, corrosion resistivity test as per IEC 62561-7 an international standard for earth enhancement compound in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity < 0.12 ohm-m, 25 kg, Qty- 3 Nos. - Earth enhancing compound shall be free from corrosion, it shall be carbon based material and shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. The product does not dissolve, deteriorate or leach out of time. It shall be highly conductive and improves earth's absorbing power and humidity retention capability, It shall be eco-friendly and chemically inert to sub soil. - Supply and fixing plastic Earth pit Cover of size 247mm x 338mm x 210mm having load bearing capacity of 8 Ton and complying IEC 62561-5. Qty - 3 Nos. Note - On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistence is not found i.e. below 1.00 Ohms, the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to the Govt.
