Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government Government of India Union Territory

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tender will not be considered (No8) Sub-Leasing/G.P.A of Work is prohibited

Tender Processing Fee is not refundable

Contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement of all materials required for the work

There is no departmental supply of materials

Contractor should procure only ISI mark materials and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized quality control authority, before execution

The rates quoted shall be inclusive of providing barricading fittings of danger lights, Jungle clearance near work spot / watchman etc., complete and maintained till completion of work and removing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work

Rates quoted should include clearance of site prior to commencement of work and its closure in all respects and holds good for all works under all conditions of site, moisture and weather.

1(one) percent of the tender amount will be deducted from the work bill towards Construction Workers Welfare cess besides the other statutory deductions

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act

Even though tenderers meet the all the criteria they are subject to be disqualified if they have. - made misleading or false representations in forms, statement and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and/or Record of poor performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history, or financial failures etc., and/or Participated in the previous tender for the same work and had quoted unreasonably high tender prices and could not furnish rational justification

All the Scaned documents uploaded should be Original/attested by the Notary

The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tender without assigning any reason

The rates quoted shall be for finished items of work inclusive of all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, all incidental charges and all taxes, local or general royalty etc., complete payable to the Government or local bodies in the region

The bidder should quote the rates excluding GST

The Agency should up load approved laboratery certificate issued by NABL
